Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gasparilla Island

Angie is a great host. She is very friendly and considerate. Despite the recent hurricanes in the past few years to hit the area. Her Rentals show no real effects. My family and I enjoyed our stay. House was comfortable, beach was easy to get too, pool onsite was nice and refreshing at the end of the day. Angie’s house is kid friendly, she provided a pack/play crib as well as a high chair which was nice. Really had fun with my family, would stay again. I’d recommend staying with Angie at any of her Rentals.

This was one of our favorite air b&b’s we have ever stayed. The host was very nice and responded right away and the home was beautiful. We will definitely make this our go to stay every time

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

Perfect spot right across from Sarasota Beach! Quiet, very clean, great pool, and very responsive host! We loved our stay and have favorited Vanessa as a host so we can check out her properties when we come back. Highly recommend this host and property for your trip to Siesta Key.

The place was clean and met or expectations. They always communicated on time and was very responsive. Nice person indeed!

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We spent so much time on the back patio and pool which was private and relaxing! We will definitely be back to stay with Brandon again!!

This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

Wonderful stay! Clean and functional, everything we needed was provided, from games to towels to umbrellas to chairs. Pool was wonderful, golf carts were great, house was very nice, beds were comfortable, outdoor living spaces were perfect. The on-island property manager was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and we hope to stay again someday!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

My family had an excellent stay at this location. The neighborhood was and with a beautiful canal view.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Excellent time at Jason’s Condo on Little Gasparilla Island! The location was great, very close to the ferry dock & pool. A very short walk to the beach! The ferry ride to LGI was great! The luggage carts were plentiful and we had no issues loading them up, parking & then boarding the ferry. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 6! My girls loves the left upstairs; they has their own space where they could hang out and relax after the beach. This condo is so well stocked! Plenty of towels (beach & bath). The kitchen had everything we needed! Plenty of pots/pans/bowls/cooking sheets/grill utensils. The charcoal & propane grills are a great bonus! We love grilling so this was fantastic. The patio was a nice quiet space with a nice outdoor couch. Our girls spent a lot of time playing on the patio. Communication with the host, Bryce was easy & quick. We had a minor snafu with the golf cart and Bryce was quick to find a solution for us. The golf cart was great for our family of 6 - we really appreciated being able to use it for trips to the beach or the boat. The walk is short but with 4 kids …….. We were sad to leave and are already planning our next trip back! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was just as pictured! Enjoyed the space and access to the beach and nearby restaurants. A little walk to get to the beach but the provided wagon made it easy. Enjoyed having the umbrella and chairs to use as well. It is a second floor condo so just keep in mind you have to carry the wagon down the stairs. The porch sliding door was difficult for us to open the first time but was fine after that. Overall enjoyed our stay and location.
