Apartment holiday rentals in Gauja

This was a very spacious apartment right at the edge of the old city. The hosts (it’s a group that manages vacation apartments) were responsive and provided clear instructions. It’s very conveniently located near public transport to the airport and elsewhere in the city. The apartment is light, has everything for your stay, the bed is on the firm side, and the old city is right out the door. Would recommend.

All over good place, good location, good for families

Loved the surroundings and the peace. Decoration of the place was cozy. Warm and friendly host, lovely pets, felt right at home. Morning sunrise was amazing and in the kitchen there was very tasty herbal tea. Found good dinner from Ogre. Coming with car, there were fuel stations just near the location. Would be happy to stay again!

Lovely place at a very heart of Cēsis. The view of the St. Johns church just outside the windows is beautiful and you can reach all the main sightseeing objects within few minutes. Apartment is well equipped, there was even a box full of toys for kids which made our toddler double happy.

Nachdem wir die letzten vier Tage in Städten verbracht hatten, hatten wir Sehnsucht nach ländlicher Ruhe und Weite. Genau das haben wir bei Marika und Gerry gefunden. Ein lettisches Landhaus, mitten auf der grünen Wiese mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Auch den Austausch mit den beiden haben wir genossen, was ja selbst bei Airbnb leider immer seltener der Fall ist. Für uns ist das nach wie vor ein Grund für Airbnb in Abgrenzung zu Hotels oder Bed and Breakfast. Alles in allem haben wir zwei sehr erholsame Tage gehabt, mit Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die wir mit dem Fahrrad erkundet haben. Highlights waren das Baden im Matinusee und der spontane Besuch in der KUSSH-Brauerei mit feinem Bier, Dartwerfen und Tischfussball.

Very clean and fresh appartment with everyrhing you would need. Looks very stylish and comfortable. Clear instructions on how to get in and all facilities were in places as decribed. Location is a bit further away from the city - 10 minute drive from center - but this was excpexted. Not much to explore in the neighborhood.

Vi hadde helt nydelige dager i leiligheten til Elina. Hele komplekset der leiligheten ligger er veldig flott og luksuriøst. Bad, stue, kjøkken og balkong er utrolig flotte, med vakre møbler og topp standard. Til og med på badet var luksuriøse såper, shampoo og balsam - og stor håndklær. Ren luksus fra start til slutt. Vi fikk veldig god hjelp av verten til å finne the finest dining i Riga. I første etasje ligger en veldig flott frokostrestaurant, Mimosa som vi fikk anbefalt av verten. Vi kunne ikke fått en bedre leilighet og bedre vert.

The great location and absolutely perfect accommodation. The apartment is morden and clean, light and comfortable. There are everything you might need and nothing extra or unnecessary. The host is very attentive and accurate. Highly recomend.

The apartment was like a hotel, doesnt look like somebody lives there. I loved the spartment, its in a new apartment and i have mold allergy so it was perfect Its a perfect location in a beautiful area and the bedrooms have a nice view of the lake. I stayed for two days and was very happy

This apartment is a GEM. The courtyard, the entrance, the staircase are all from another era. You cross the door and you walk into a wonderful renovation. It's sutil, elegant, discreet. A tasteful haven in a soothing palette. We liked the apartment so much it was sad to leave! Congratulations Irina, you did a beautiful job. And thank you for being so responsive and friendly. I had a great stay at Julia’s. The apartment was as advertised and had everything I needed for a simple time in Riga. It was well located for exploring Centrs and the Old Town, and Julia was a very friendly and proactive host. I’d happy stay there again!

Great location and nice to have two terraces looking out from different sides of the apartment. Check-in instructions were very clear with useful photos. Kitchen was very well furnished with anything you could possibly need to use in the kitchen area. All in all a perfect place to spend a stay in Riga.

We had a really nice stay in Margarita’s apartment. It is well located in the old town - central and close to the major attractions, but a little bit further from the hustle and bustle, and so a little less noisy. The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and has very nice facilities. It is worth noting the apartment is on the fifth floor of the block, which doesn’t have a lift.

Alles wirklich bestens! Alles wie angegeben & den Fotos entsprechend. Die Kommunikation war sehr höflich & nett & es wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Alles war sauber & schön! Jederzeit gerne wieder☺️

Kaikki sujui todella hyvin ja kohde oli kuvauksen mukainen kaunis huoneisto. Poreallas ihana lisä. Kauppa oli lähellä, ranta ja ravintolat pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Tänne tullaan ehdottomasti uudestaan. Suosittelen!

Prachtige woning met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt, goed internet, goede keuken en badkamer en ruim bed om in te slapen. Pal in het centrum dus alles is dichtbij. Zeker het geld waard!

Mums ļoti patika mūsu mini atvaļinājums – apartamenti atrodas skaistā vietā pie jūras. Ļoti kompakti, tīri, gaiši, ir viss nepieciešamais dzīvošanai. Jūra tikai 5 minūšu attālumā. Teritorija ir plaša, ir restorāns, SPA, bērnu laukumi. Saimnieks vienmēr bija sazvanāms, ļoti atsaucīgs. Noteikti atgriezīsimies vēlreiz. Ļoti labi, ka var uzturēties ar mājdzīvnieku – mums ir mazs sunītis.

We booked over the weekend and the apartment had everything for a wonderful stay. You can easily walk to the old town and grocery stores and restaurants are in walk distance of 3-5 minutes. Communication with the apartment owner was always very fast and helpful. Thank you for hosting us!
