Stay was very comfortable and easy to locate. Building staff and Dhruv are very accommodating to my last minute request.

It's a very good location and the service provider caretaker are very good everything were awesome.... Anybody won't feel they are away from their home.... I wish the owners carry on their service the same way....

Rajiv was very welcoming and extremely helpful with paperwork we needed for immigration as we have just moved to Delhi and were staying whilst we found a place of our own. The flat was as we expected, large, clean and with everything we needed. The staff were lovely- welcoming and very friendly. Thanks for everything.

Spacious and clean rooms for a family gathering. Cleaning staff did great job everyday. Every room equipped with kettle, cups etc. Good location surrounded by trees with walking distances to markets and metro station close by. Sector 29 market, ardee mall etc a quick drive away. Very helpful and polite staff. Few things to note: - 2 bedrooms have very soft mattresses, something to consider for people with back problems. - very small dining table (4 seater) if your group is large. - there are around 5 steps to manage to get to the lift for people with disabilities. - There are 2 small kitchenettes with 2 large rooms with microwave, single induction (as shown in pictures) but there is no full fledged kitchen on the same level. Host gave us access to much bigger kitchen on level 1 which was great and worked out pretty well for us. - Layout: Living room in the centre surrounded by 6 rooms on the same level Overall we were very satisfied given the price we paid. Great stay

great find in hauz khaz. Kriti was kind enough to accommodate me inspite of a last minute reservation. The caretaker was very helpful when I lost the room keys and arranged a replacement at a nominal cost. would definitely stay again in the future if i have plans near Hauz Khaz

The stay is amazing, I booked for 2 days but after living here I extended my stay for more days. The property has all the amenities and it is lively. Neat and clean washrooms, linens, kitchen makes it a go to place. property manager Rohit and Abhishek made the check in process smooth and were always available to help. will definitely visit soon

My family stayed at the place and they felt right at the home. It was a very peaceful and quiet area. My parents are old and they were enjoying their time with all the amenities.

The place is well kept and tidy, Anay is super responsive and Veronica makes the place feel like you're visiting an old friend. Helpful staff, cabs mostly arrive in 5-7 minutes, they even upgraded me to a cute-r room with pretty bougainvillaeas outside the huge windows which was really thoughtful..overall good vibes, hence highly recommend. I know I'll be back for sure.

I am always particular about my choices. I browsed at least 100 places for my stay. This place stood-out amongst all. The interior, the furniture, the placement, the balcony, the area outside, everything was just perfect. Plus the place was clean, welcoming and the host, Richa was prompt and enthusiastic about everything, which was just cherry on top. Everything was working, there was some electricity issue for which the building staff took the responsibility and helped with it quickly. On a critical note: All the guards seemed to be a bit hostile, and on mission mode which I liked. But I assume, not many people would like that attitude. The bathroom was a little cramped. I felt that as someone coming to an Airbnb in this setting, some more details about how things work, what are the things to do nearby, things to eat, places to sit(even a mandir or the swimming pool) would have been really helpful so that I did not have to disturb Richa for each and everything.
