Tenuta Barosi is a beautiful location overlooking rural Florence. It is located just 25 minutes outside of Florence and easy to get to. The farmhouse has a number of apartments, and ours was Comiso. Cristina was extremely helpful with our check in, as we arrived very late. It is very easy to self check in. The pool overlooks a small valley with beautiful scenery of farms and vineyards. Highly recommend staying at Tenuta Barosi!

Maristella’s B&B is exceptional. Beautifully cared for in every detail and truly welcoming. She is a wonderful host, incredibly kind, and it’s such a pleasure to meet people like her. The area is fantastic, peaceful and charming. Top communication. She also recommended a great restaurant where we had an amazing meal. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I will definitely be coming back soon!

We absolutely loved this apartment, it was spacious and spotless, with modern bathrooms and the most perfect “farmhouse” kitchen. The view from the apartment and infinity pool was breathtaking. It’s the best Airbnb we have stayed in!

we had 4 adults staying (May 9-12, 2025). we rented both the tower and apartment. more than enough room. this would be ideal for a larger gathering being mindful that not all of the sleeping areas are completely private (as stated in the description). the place is decorated very tastefully with lots of interesting items to look at. we also took the pasta class on the night of our arrival. we had a great time and learned a lot from our host. a cup of coffee or a bottle of wine on the top of the tower was the perfect start/end to the day. we loved staying here. we had a rental car and set off for our Tuscan adventure. Lucca, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Greve to name a few, were all within 2 hours drive by car. Relatively close proximity to Florence as we arrived from Rome by train and continued to Venice by train. In my opinion, if you plan on touring Tuscany you need a car to really explore. We would stay here again.

Ambiente delizioso, terrazzino con vista degno di nota. Host reattivo e super disponibile.

L’alloggio è collocato in un piccolo borghetto immerso nel verde, in località Dudda, la casa, una struttura tradizionale della zona, è ristrutturata con rifiniture di pregio in ogni minimo dettaglio, arredata con gusto e fornita di ogni comodità. Debora cura tutto nei particolari, è una persona gentilissima e super ospitale, con innata facilità e naturalezza a farti sentire a casa. Davvero un bel soggiorno!

This was a very beautiful property. Really peaceful and lovely views. Getting there was a bit of a challenge. When you arrive to Florence, you will need to take another train. Once you arrive, you will need to take a taxi. Issue is,there are no taxis at train station. There were 2 #'s privided by station attendant. However you will have to have a phone to call. We were stuck at the train station and I wasnt getting any response from host. So thankfully, a van pulled up, dropping off people and he offered to give us a ride for 20 Euro. It was a 5 minute ride. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Tutto ineccepibile!!! La casa è fantastica, una dimora storica arredata e tenuta come una bomboniera. La posizione è veramente strategica poiché, oltre ad essere a meno di un'ora di auto dalle principali città d'arte come Firenze, Siena e Arezzo, è situata nel cuore del Chianti. Infatti, anche noleggiando uno scooter, è possibile visitare con estrema facilità i rinomati borghi nel territorio del famoso Chianti Classico, oltre che numerose cantine e wine-shop lungo la Strada del Vino. Il Sig. Mario si è rivelato una persona disponibilissima, estremamente attenta alla soddisfazione degli ospiti, già dai primi contatti precedenti alla prenotazione dell'alloggio. Valore aggiunto della casa, la Sig. Carla, la madre di Mario, una signora ultraottantenne (solamente per l'anagrafe) che ci ha riservato una calorosa accoglienza e fornito utili consigli per rendere ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno nel Chianti!!!
