Hello, our home is located in the central area , you can discover Kadikoy by walking, couple of minutes away from Gazhane. You can easily reach metrobus, bus, metro, Marmaray and ferry stations. Passing to European side never been so easy ! We have heating system for full house, AC in living room and ceiling fan in bedroom. There is always sunlight in the home which makes our home cozy and bright :) We do have full kitchen, you can enjoy cooking. We are excited to welcome you:)

In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor and receives plenty of natural daylight both from the living room and the bedroom.

Enjoy your time in the center of Kadıköy :) Located on the street, 1 minute away from Altıyol, this apartment is in an ideal location for your Istanbul trip. You can reach all the facilities of Kadıköy (Cafes, Bars, Bazaar) by walking, as well as all means of transportation that will allow you to travel in Istanbul. Our only flaw is that we do not have an elevator for this flat on the 5th floor :) There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.

Our house, which is located on the side street of the Museum Gazhane, which hosts 2 theaters and unique exhibitions, has a separate entrance. The street is super safe. Our apartment, which has a closed balcony and plenty of plants, is spacious according to its 1+1 structure. No smoking in the house. You can smoke on the balcony with balcony windows open, making sure the doors are closed. Metrobus and marmaray are 8-9 minutes walk from the house.
