Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gazi, Athens

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

We had a great few days in Athens- location was amazing- so central, lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Quiet even though it was in a central area. Plaka was a perfect place to stay. We walked everywhere. The patios and terraces were a standout- so lovely to sit in the morning with coffee or the evening with a drink- views of the Acropolis from the upstairs terrace. There were many places to sit and relax outside and it was private. The air conditioning was super. Kitchen was well stocked- we used the Nespresso and there were little milks in the fridge. We were met at the house when we arrived and when we departed. We were given clear instructions on how to use everything as well as local recommendations and maps. I would definitely stay here again. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. They had made the bedroom on the left of the house into twin beds, where 2 kids slept and then the other 2 bedrooms are on the right side of the house- one upstairs one downstairs

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

A lovely place that was 15 mins from the airport. It was just perfect for our needs to get to the airport early in the morning. I can see staying here as a stepping stone for a late arrival too. Additionally Christine was super helpful personally reaching out to us, providing the coordinates that plugged right into Google Map that landed us right in front of the house, and greeting us when we got there even though we got there late evening. The house was so adorable. Convenient to the airport, yet in a very peaceful bit of country like setting. Definitely would stay again.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

Έμεινα πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένος με τη διαμονή μου! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ πιο όμορφο απ’ ό,τι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική και ήσυχη . Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με κάθε απορία. Ήταν μια από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες Airbnb που είχα ποτέ και θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε επισκέπτεται την περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω!

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Sehr schönes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern; im Grunde genommen mit zwei Terrassen: von der obersten hat man einen Blick auf die Akropolis; auf der unteren kann man sehr gut frühstücken bzw. abends noch ein Gläschen trinken. Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir ein paar Proben, die wir verbrauchen konnten. Waschmaschine ist auch ein Plus. Kleines Manko: es gibt keinen Abzug im Bad - man kann nur das Fenster zum Hausflur aufmachen. Lage ist perfekt, um Athen zu entdecken. Restaurantempfehlung To Trikyklo war top. Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Check-In war super einfach. Es wurde sogar ein späterer Check-Out angeboten, den wir gerne nutzten. Gut sortierten Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Achtung: wer mit großen Koffern unterwegs ist, findet den letzten Teil (Holztreppe) etwas eng. Das nächste Mal würden wir nur mit Handgepäck kommen. Es gibt sonst keinen Grund zur Klage. Unterkunft und Gastgeber können wir vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Terrasse bietet einen einzigartigen Flair für Athen und das Appartement ist ausgesprochen hell & freundlich. Der Gastgeber äußert hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar wie unglaublich reaktionsschnell. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt von 1 Monate. Gerne wieder! 😀

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Kyriakos est un hôte très agréable, à l’écoute et réactif. Il a à cœur de rendre votre séjour le plus plaisant possible et d’améliorer votre expérience. La maison est très grande, accueillante et calme. Située à environ 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes, elle est isolée ce qui permet de ne pas être dérangé par les voisins, pour autant, les taxis trouvent facilement et viennent jusqu’à votre porte. Bien équipée, 6 chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain et toilettes privatives dans chacune d’elle. Des supermarchés à quelques minutes de voiture vous permettent de faire vos courses. Bref, une maison parfaite pour un long week-end à Athènes ou même une semaine de vacances entre amis ou en famille, afin d’avoir un lieu paisible et agréable depuis lequel découvrir la ville et sa région.

The House was Perfect for a group of 9 Girls and Krassy was a Great Host. Commuting to the City (with Traffic which occurs mostly) via Taxi (which is very cheap) takes up to 40 Minutes but Beach area and Beach Clubs are super close to the House, which is why the Location is the Perfect Spot to have it Both: sightseeing in the City and Beaching! Thanks, we can fully recommend and would be happy to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. It’s also perfectly located within easy walking distance to all the major tourist sites, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true retreat from the crowds. Highly recommended!

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
