Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gazi, Athens

Could not recommend this place more. Old charm with modern amenities, very quiet neighbourhood and easily walkable to all major sites. Christos is extremely kind and greeted us the first day. A great person to converse with. Book this place for Athens.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

Καθαρό και πολύ δροσερό το σπίτι, ήσυχη γειτονιά, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Merkezi bir yere gitmek isterseniz, toplu taşıma kullanmanız şart. Ama yürüyerek şehri keşfetmeyi seviyorsanız monastiraki ve çevresine 20-25 dk yürüyerek varabilirsiniz. Ev, apartman çok temizdi. Güvenlik açısından bir sorun yok. Geç saatlerde tek başınıza dışarı çıkmanızı önermem, evin konumundan dolayı değil belki ama atinanın genelinde, ara sokaklarda özellikle bir mülteci sorunu var. Bir zararları yok gibi duruyor ama yine de temkinli olmak gerekiyor. Evin altındaki cafe biraz sesli olabiliyor. Maria ve kızı benimle çok ilgiliydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederim

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

The ceilings, natural light, beautiful craftsmanship of the wood, REAL ART! We have travelled extensively and enjoyed some beautiful Airbnb experiences. Christos space has moved to #1 on our list. My doctor, his parents were born in Greece, advised I should limit our time in Athens to 2 or 3 days. We are so glad we didn’t. Christos created a book, which I was hoping to buy but he gave us, that is BRILLIANT. The book is a pictorial and informational guide to Athens and Greece. Which he told me he could reproduce quite easily. If you stay at his space you will understand my surprise. Everything you need is a few minutes walk away. We came to Greece because of the history and the islands. We fell in love with Greece, the kindness of its people and generosity of spirit. Christos and his place may be the best of it.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

We had a great time, and the accommodation was perfect in every way. The accommodation is in a lively, youthful area, so it's recommended for those who don't mind that. Kostas was very helpful, responded quickly to our questions, and recommended several activities.

Ce petit logement cosy à la terrasse incroyable dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour très agréable. La cuisinette est très bien équipée. La literie est plus que confortable et la climatisation permet de dormir dans d'excellentes conditions. La petite bibliothèque propose de petits guides touristiques et des livres en français. Situé dans un quartier tranquille, il suffit de marche entre 10 et 20 minutes pour se rendre au centre et visiter les sites historiques. Je recommanderai cette adresse à toute personne souhaitant joindre l'utile à l'agréable. Merci à Lydia pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.

Von A bis Z waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hell, sehr schön eingerichtet & man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Akropolis. Ringsrum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants & Cafés :) Die Kommunikation mit Konstantinos war sehr angenehm & wir haben stets zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder in Athen würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

The main city attractions are walkable distance and if due to the heat you don’t feel like walking.. it’s just one station away! Plus it’s a direct train from the airport. Overall the place was beautiful and clean.

Super séjour, L'appartement est à 10 mins maximum à pied du métro. Pratique et propre. Parfait pour un week-end decourverte à Athènes. Hôte réactif et sympathique ! À refaire :)

Das Airbnb ist genau so, wie es die Beschreibung und die zahlreichen Bewertungen erwarten lassen - einfach top für einen Städte-Trip in Athen. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt, mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und die Kommunikation mit Christos ist super schnell und einfach. Wir haben uns 8 Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nachbarschaft ist gespickt mit sehr netten und guten Tavernen und Restaurants; dennoch bleibt es auch am Wochenende ruhig. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, alles innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie das City Center sind fußläufig zu erreichen und wenn man sich über die Metro bewegen möchte, sind alle drei Linien innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns eine reine 5 Sterne Bewertung!

Great apartment in a fab walkable location!

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

The host was incredibly helpful from the start — super responsive and provided an amazing guide full of local recommendations that really helped us make the most of our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and exactly as pictured. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the vibrant neighborhood of Psyri, with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fabulous stay for 3 couples. Amazing views, walkable to everything, awesome back porch for late night drinks. GREAT host!

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

Definitivamente recomendaria a cualquier personas quedarse en el este apartamento. Me encontre con una unidad super limpia, en un ubicación muy tranquila pero bien conectada en Atenas. La unidad es tal cual las fotos. Esta bien equipada y la comunicación fue muy buen con el anfitrión. Solo recomendaría cambiar la almohadas :)

This place is amazing. The view is a dream. Location is excellent. Close to restaurants and iconic places to visit. Peaceful at night and spacious. Looks better in person. I would give a 10 score if it was available. When visiting Athens this is the place to stay. Even more if you are a family. They made accommodations for baby guests. This is the third Airbnb in our 17 day trip and by far the best. Amazing service. Superb host.
