The accommodation contributes to the conservation and management of the natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. Guests can explore the open part of the estate. Basic amenities are provided, in harmony with tranquility, history and natural surroundings.

Enjoy the lovely beach 200 meters away on the river Lek or the (free) beach "De Meent" in Beusichem (7 min drive). Buren, a historic town, is within cycling distance. No pets and/or children. In addition, the booker must be one of the guests (due to Airbnb policy). A maximum of 2 people are welcome and can possibly sleep separately on the sofa bed in the living room.

By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.

Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
