"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Cozy apartment, located in a quiet village in the San Giuliano Terme plain, at the foot of the Monti Pisani. The apartment is spread over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, there is the bathroom and the living room, with a kitchenette. Through the stairs you reach the bedroom, with a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed. From the room you can see San Giuliano with its mountains.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
