Had a wonderful time at this place. This place is really a hidden gem. The apartment had a very nice ocean view. It's located very near Georgetown where you can find lots of delicious food and attraction. The place is very clean and new. There's convenience stores, restaurants and park downstairs. Host is very responsive and recommended many local food and attractions. The only downside is that the lift and main lobby is a little old and there is no gym (but there's swimming pool). I would definitely stay here again.

the perfect home away from home. close to many local eateries which are within walking distance. beautiful panoramic vistas whether from the unit's balcony, the 13th floor or rooftop pool deck.

Check in procedure abit complicated, felt like a treasure hunt. But the instructions were definitely clear. Bars and restaurants right below the house which is convenient for us. Location is by the sea, which is quite nice. Best thing is that they are always responsive to answer my questions :)

Had such a great stay at The Maritime Penang! The suite was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. I really loved the sea view 🥹 it was absolutely stunning and calming. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The host is very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Check-in was easy, and the place is clean and tidy. I enjoyed the home theater, but some items in the house could use replacing. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Honestly, the apartment looked even better than in the pictures! Everything was spotless, clean, and incredibly comfortable, it honestly felt like a 5 star hotel, The rooftop view was amazing! Ching was very responsive and incredibly kind, he went above and beyond to help us and making sure everything is good,, and the Wifi was super fast. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

My kids really happy and enjoy our stay here but a bit hard to make them sleep at night 🤣 my boy said he wanted to sleep in the “ball pool” .. and my 2 years girl enjoy the cooking set in 2nd room. the view also awesome! location near to restaurant and shop. thank you host for all the clean n kids friendly homestay.

Place is peaceful, very clean and a lot of amneties. Easy to check in. Host also very communicative. Worth to stay especially with family.

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.
