Place was nice with many stores not far and a good stay

Very nice place, the location was perfect for me because I was 10 minutes from where I was going to be. I would definitely come back, and as a plus, the place has a garage, which allows you to leave your car safe

Had everything we needed and we loved the “Things to eat/do” book, we ate at a few places and went to a few places that were recommended and they were great/fun.

The host is super friendly, very communicative and always attentive to needs. Not to mention the area, lots of trees, parks, super friendly people. The house is small but very cozy. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

As soon as you enter the house, you notice a clean and pleasant aroma. The whole house was impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. The house is located inside a very safe and very quiet subdivision, with controlled access and surveillance. Eliseo, the host, was always very attentive at all times to make my stay as pleasant as possible. He even recommended places to order dinner very close and very good dinner. Thank you very much for everything Eliseo. I would definitely book your accommodation again on my next visit to Monterrey. I recommend it 100%.

Very close to the UANL, I arrived in 5 minutes.

The condo was as described and perfectly met our needs. Condo complex was quiet, secure, and close to our family that lived nearby. The one item that could be improved on are the showerheads; the water flow through was very sparse. It was okay on the body but not washing hair, especially if you have thick or long-hair. Overall, our experience was excellent and we will come back again on our future visits.

This is the second time we have stayed with Mrs. Rosario since the first time we felt at home. Mrs. Rosario is very kind and friendly, she was always on the lookout for everything and we love the place because we feel at home, very clean with everything you need, everything works very well, from minisplits to appliances, I always try to stay there because I feel very comfortable, on the occasions when I have not been able to it is because I cannot find availability. Of course I recommend it and of course I will return.

The apartment is as shown on the photos. Pretty confortable space. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths made it great. The views are incredible and even more so from the rooftop terrace. Beds were confortable and good amount of pillows. Plenty of towels for pool or the apt. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of toiletries for my stay. Very secure building, didn’t use the pool but looked really nice, rooftop terrace had a small gym but functional, even a workspace area which was nice. Only one TV on the living room area, not on the bedrooms, but not a set back. Just would have been nice to be able to watch a movie from the bed. There is a gas station and minimarket just down the road from the building which is convenient. Overall a great experience.

The place is very cozy, quiet, peaceful and corresponds completely to the photos and description. Guadalupe is very pleasant, kind, attentive and accessible. 100% recommended!

Good accommodation and space, very easy instructions, good location.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, it has what you need in the kitchen and the location seemed perfect to me, we arrived very easily to where we wanted. And Luis, who was always looking out for us and our comfort, is a super host, I recommend him 10 out of 10.
