Located in the only CUL DE SAC of Valeria (roundabout with no exit). 3 blocks from the sea ("Hemingway" beach) and downtown Valeria. *AMENITIES: Capacity for up to 8 people (4 bedrooms), with the possibility of extending to 9 (child). All mattresses are top quality as well as the pillows that guarantee an excellent rest. 60" TV in the living room and 43" TV in the ground floor bedroom. Great gazebo! 8x4 pool. Its maximum depth is 1.50 meters and fiber WiFi throughout the house

It has 4 bedrooms equipped with sommiers, one en suite in a reserved area. Kitchen integrated into a living room overlooking the garden. Comfortable gallery with grill. Heated floors. Separate laundry room with washing machine and outdoor shower. This house is still our favorite meeting place.

The house has an excellent view of the forest around it. The area in which it is located is quiet and with houses and neighbors similar to ours. Specifically, the house stands a few meters above street level, with a beautiful climb that gives a very good general view of the forest. In the back there is a 940-square-meter park, with pine trees, a swimming pool and a fence with wire in its entirety.
