Kid-friendly holiday rentals in General Luna

Highly recommended. Great experience. Elisha (anthony assistant) was very responsive even late night / early mornings. Home has very Comfortable high quality mattresses. Hot water, AC, high speed internet. During 4 nights stay, electricity went off 2 times and generator kicked in a few seconds. They have rental scooter available also for $8/day. Plz don’t rent scooters from other people you don’t trust. I got scammed by 3rd party & ended up paying 3200 pesos for 3 days rental. I should have rented from host… out of 4 nights ; 3 nights were peaceful but 1 night had birthday & karaoke party in the neighborhood. Elisha immediately responded & his security guard Ron was able to shut them up around 1am :)) Only negative thing is the road is very dirty, rough, have many big muddy spots especially during rain. It’s horrible to get to villa from main road. Also there are many insects & mosquitoes, make sure bring repellents. This feedback is based on personal experience March 4-8, 2025

Very pretty accommodation- has everything you need. A quiet place but everything is good to reach in walking distance. Clean and beautiful place. Host was there when we needed him and responded very fast! Definitely worth booking! Hard to find in the first place because it’s hidden and you have to walk through a muddy alley but besides that very nice !

This place is idyllic. The surf break is just outside the front gate, two clean, private outdoor areas for us to enjoy morning coffee or dinner from the two restaurants nearby. A nice surprise was the 24/7 co-working space I used to take meetings while everyone slept. There’s a beautiful coffee/tattoo shop less than three minutes walk (next to Alter Space) and a market equidistant in the opposite direction. Ate Dayday was around if we needed anything and we felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend and plan on staying here again.

Jasmine's place was like a small little paradise. Loved the decor, the open concept, and the whole vibe. I don't think the photos do this place justice. I adjusted my itinerary to include a night to enjoy her place. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, but beyond that they each have their own little balcony type space. It technically has two kitchens as well. But theres no need to use them because theres restaurants and a coffee shop steps away. She also has helpers there and was able to provide us answers on where to go, get tours, guides on where to eat, etc. Trust the locals, forget Google. Will definitely come back here again. Definitely recommend.

The apartment really is a great quiet place The location is better for people who want to mostly surf up north, but you’re gonna be needing a motorcycle/tuktuk all the time. The apartment is clean, very good WiFi, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend for people who want to stay out of the public touristic area. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment to cook. Almira the host was very nice and responsive, when our light stopped working she managed to fix it quickly. Overall a nice apartment.

This place was PERFECT! The location, surrounding amenities, access to all the main tourist areas and quiet vibe of the villa and pool made it a memorable stay. The villa is nicely built and the property and pool make for a relaxing stay. Jay, the property manager, is an incredibly nice guy with so much local knowledge. He helped us with areas the visit, scooter rentals and surfing. Anything we needed he went above and beyond. Jay made our trip that much better with his attention to detail, communication and genuine kindness towards us.

Great location. There's a house split into two units, your comfort will depend on the neighbors in the next unit. The AC works well. Also, the table from the picture is now outside the unit and may be used by your neighbors

Nathalie's was really conveniently located and at a perfect spot in General Luna. Nathalie was an amazing host who helped us with our airport transfer and scooter rentals. She also has amazing recommendations for things to see and do in Siargao. Overall very happy with our stay!

Location is very convenient. Shops and restaurants are easily walkable 💯 Hosts were accommodating and easy to talk to.

Overall, great stay. The wins: Good wifi, central location, responsive host (Jay was always available and responsive), good a/c, hot water, water dispenser and the place looked exactly like the photos. There were some small aspects that could have be improved but overall, both Dennis and Jay were great hosts and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

Great find, wonderful stay with family. Centrally located, very near halika, walking distance to main tourism road places. Despite being bets to busy tourism road, the place was peacefully quiet. Wonderful kitchen amenities, very cold aircon in the living room and bedrooms, keypad access to main door streetside, then keyed entrance to the living room. The place is on the 2nd floor and would allow you to exercise bringing your luggage up. Right below the air bnb is the wonderful green wave cafe, a convenience store and boutique store. Just besides is a cellphone accessories & repair shop and another boutique. Across the street are a couple of spa and nail salon. A short 3 minute walk to where pan de coco and pan de surf is sold, the Catholic Church and other eating places/grocery stores. Con is the absence of doors to the toilet/bathroom, but can be an opportunity to bring the family closer!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing excellent recommendations for local spots and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect close to key attractions yet in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The amenities exceeded expectations, from the comfy bed. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

The only reason I had to shorten my stay was that the entire island was hit with an electricity outage. This caused some issues with AC, fan, shower (hot water heater), and most importantly, internet. I did relocate to a different location with generator. Yayay was very understanding and communication with B Boy was swift, refund was promptly processed. I only have good things to say about this place.

This little unit has everything you need and so much storage space, I felt so at home that I kept extending my stay! Ram is by far the best Airbnb host I’ve ever encountered and his hospitality and kindness is what made my trip to Siargao so special. I would highly recommend staying at any of his properties!

We had a very wonderful stay at this place! The host was incredibly accommodating and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Even when there was a power interruption, the host kept us updated and reassured until everything was back to normal. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the thoughtful communication. Highly recommended!

Jay was a great host and the apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The only downside is the construction next door but hopefully they will be finished soon. The best part of the apartment is that there is solar battery backup so if the power goes out because of frequent brownouts, the apartment will still have power for aircon, lights, and the refrigerator. I've slept through many brownouts on the island and haven't even noticed because of his power backup system. I've stayed here at Jay's place many times and I look forward to staying here again. 5 stars!

We had an absolutely enchanting stay at Sing place! The design was stunning, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds. We found our Oasis. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore Siargao. Highly recommended!!

A great place!! We stayed there for a week and a half and was absolutely loved the place! Each room has a living room and a tv with Netflix and a table, big comfortable bed and hot water in the shower! They helped us with what we needed and we recommend this place if you want to be just close to the Main Street but in a quiet place!
