Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. Lots of amenities. The condo was very clean and organized. Also well stocked. shower was warm and had good pressure. toilet flush was good.

The unit was really beautiful. When we entered, all we could say was “wow”. We also had a very smooth check-in. It’s different from the usual airbnb experience you get here in Eastwood. This one gives you that elite feeling at an affordable price (maybe cause we got it at a discounted rate) The work desk with a view was a +++++++ The only problem was the internet cuts off from time to time when inside the rooms but overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is clean, well-maintained, and close to malls, public transportation, and more. The kitchen appliances are fully functional, allowing us to cook our own meals. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The guard was very friendly, and the host was warm and accommodating.

I had a very comfortable stay at John’s condo unit. The location is excellent-very close to UP, Ateneo, and UP Town Center, making it convenient for both leisure and errands. The building has good security, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. John was a very responsive host, always quick to reply and helpful with any questions. The amenities were exactly as listed, and everything worked well, contributing to a pleasant experience. The only minor downside was some construction happening on the ground floor of the building during my stay. However, it was not very disturbing and did not significantly affect my comfort. Overall, I highly recommend John’s condo for anyone looking for a convenient, secure, and comfortable place to stay near these key locations.
