Divine apartment, impeccable, spacious rooms, ocean view, super equipped, super clean, new and comfortable beds and pillows, large beach one block away, with garage, we arrived and left the Car and we just took it out when we left, everything nearby we did everything on foot, Marcela super friendly and predisposed, check in and check car super flexible. In general, the apartment is very comfortable and pleasant. It is in a very convenient area near the beach and the restaurants of Playa Grande. Juan was always very kind and easy to communicate with.

What can I say about Adriana? First time using Airbnb and I had a very pleasant experience. She was an excellent host, predisposed and very kind. The apartment is excellent, unbeatable location, good taste, cozy, warm, super comfortable beds, unbeatable cleanliness. A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The bedding and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

The house was amazing, it was really fully equipped, it had everything, from all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, mate, to use the grill, etc., to extra blankets, board games. I was really surprised by that detail! It is even much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos, with a spectacular view and light, very comfortable, modern and with beaches nearby. It really was an incredible vacation and we hope to return because we were delighted! -The only detail would be that the internet connection was not very good and there were problems using the TV or working if you depend on that, to take into account but broadly a minor detail for the experience, Bianca was super attentive, friendly and with clear instructions for check-in. The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
