Apartment holiday rentals in Genesee County

Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

Clean and comfortable accommodations with ample parking. I recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay in Holly.

The apartment was exactly what our family needed while in town visiting relatives. We loved that it was dog friendly. The outside area was perfect for our dog to play fetch and our son thoroughly enjoyed the playground. The apartment itself was beautiful and well updated. Having laundry in the apartment was also a life saver! We did visit during a heat wave and the air conditioner is located in the living room making the bedroom pretty warm. A small fan was provided, however it provided little relief. We ended up borrowing a larger fan from a family member and it made it much better. If visiting during colder months, the space is absolutely perfect!

Katie's place was so cute and cozy. I wish I was able to stay longer. Katie was very understanding and accommodating! Can't wait to stay here again.

Super clean and adorable. Really close to coffee shops and local dining. Great farmers market on Sunday right across from it.

The stay was great an the people were nice it was my first experience with a Airbnb and it was a great one this is a go to stay for me anytime I’m in the or going to this area five stars across the board for me.

I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Everything was very clean, the decor was beautiful

We loved staying at this property for a trip before my sister’s wedding (3 adults). Frankenmuth felt steps away with a car and there was so much to do in Clio as well! Plus, this cozy air bnb was so clean and offered so many kind amenities (even soap, the perfect amount of towels, and fresh snacks!) making our evenings comfortable.

Lisa has several great places to stay and the 2 we have been privileged to visit are great! These are so much better than any hotel! I will definitely be staying again soon!

Kind host. Nice place to stay. If you plan to stay in winter months, it's a bit chilly in the apartment, layer up.

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Great last minute stay. Had everything I needed. Spacious and comfortable. I travel with my dogs so finding such a nice place that allows them is great. Very nice walk along the river and a park nearby. Lots of restaurants and a really cute downtown. Would stay again.

Very nice apartment, great location. I stayed during the winter and I was very cozy inside. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

I just love this place and will probably find reasons to stay again! We were in between selling and buying a house in December and needed a place to call home. Not only did it feel like home but all the beautiful decorations and lights allowed us to get in the Christmas spirit during such an uprooted time for us. With Bronners just 20 minutes and much less the cost of staying in Frankenmuth with decorations to rival them, this is an amazing find! Every time I needed them they were extremely helpful and fast and also non-intrusive. Thank you!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
