In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! This spacious apartment of 120m2 is located in the heart of Ghent, right across from the Gravensteen. The spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the castle. The apartment includes 2 beautiful bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with two single beds. There is a full folding bed and a sofa bed on the landing. The apartment has a separate toilet, a practical bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. There is a convenient storage room with washing and ironing facilities.

The 2nd tram stop is already at the edge of the old town, near the Bijloke site, home to a former monastery, the Museum and Stamcafé for breakfast and coffee.

The street is low-traffic and therefore remarkably quiet. The apartment offers every comfort.

If you want a pleasant stay in the most beautiful city of Flanders, I would say don't hesitate... this is the perfect base!
