Caledon 31 - A secure, garden apartment

This spacious unit can accommodate up to 3 guests, and contains a queen-size bed and a single bed. Young and old are welcome, and a baby cot can be provided on request. Bedding and towels are supplied. The bathroom contains a shower. The unit has a basic-equipped kitchenette and offers a dining room area which also contains the single bed. The living room area is connected to the main bedroom area. There are doors which separates the main bedroom from the dining room /single bed.

Within minutes you can walk to the lagoon or take short trip into town for dinner. We are situated just off the N2, a little way out of the main CBD which is why our beautiful suburb is so serene and peaceful. Sip cocktails on the patio and enjoy our lovely forested garden.

The first floor, an open-plan studio surrounded by beautiful indigenous trees giving it a tree house feel, has a fully-equipped kitchen, luxurious queen-sized bed in the 'bedroom' area with an en-suite bathroom. The living area has a sleeper couch suitable for an extra guest or young children. Downstairs (with a separate entrance) is a spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom, small table and chairs.
