Alicia was a fantastic host. She was very accommodating and checked on us often. Check in instructions was received early and easy to follow. No hidden fees, parking fees were disclosed before time of rental. Check out instructions were also provided early and easy to follow. She provided a lot of very nice extras, so it felt like home. Our family of 4 with two teens, had a great stay! Being steps away from the beach was the main reason we chose their home and it was the perfect walking distance. I did like the view from the 5th floor, only downside was the elevator working twice during our stay. We arrived later than planned and having to lug our luggage up 5 flights of stairs was not the best. The neighbors we met that stay in the building were super nice. Having beach chairs and games provided was a pro. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this place in mind for our Myrtle Beach trips.

Great condo, wonderful location 2 miles from Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from garden city pier! Waters Edge building has everything you’d need; Pool, hot tub, plenty of seating, bar, restaurant and gift shop. Both towns are within walking distance. The condo has plenty of room for 6 people! Did I mention they are gated and security on a life guarded beach! Oh and a parking garage. The views are amazing! Book it and have a great time. Josh was very responsive. But everything was good from the start, so I didn’t have to bother him other than check in and out. I recommend eating at least one meal at Millstone Biscuit company! Don’t go home without eating breakfast or lunch there!

We had a great experience staying at Ged & Danielle’s. The waterpark onsite was perfect for our five year old and being so close to the beach was incredibly convenient. The space was clean and perfect for our stay.

Great condo with a well equipped kitchen as well as all the necessary items for the beach! Tarah was extremely accommodating to us, including bringing and setting up a pack & play for our daughter. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was very resort like. Highly recommend!

Diane’s place was great! We had the family together for Thanksgiving and the condo was the perfect place for us all to meet. It is well stocked, spacious and clean. As we were there in the colder months there were no beach trips, but it is well situated if we had. The indoor pool was a great treat in the chilly weather. I highly recommend.

Justin was very responsive and very clear instructions. The view was amazing!! would stay again. the kids and i enjoyed the easy walking to the beach!!!

Since I have to differentiate between politics and human beings, I admit that Barrett was an excellent host. All the requests we made were accepted without hesitation. He was very kind. We had to leave before the scheduled date and he refunded us the difference promptly. Thank you Barrett!

Everything was just as advertised. Richard is a fantastic host, very gracious and accommodating to his guests. The area is quiet, beautiful and everyone we met was very nice and welcoming.

The home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures listed does not give off the entirety of his beautiful condo. It was so spacious, peaceful, and clean. I definitely got an awesome deal and would stay here again!

The place was lovely for me and my family looks just like the pictures. We came just for a relaxing vacation and that’s what we got this place is right off the beach stores are very close to this location didn’t have to go far. We had a wonderful stay at Linda's condo. Beautiful view of the sunrises while enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the peace full sounds of the ocean. And as an added bonus the dolphins decided to swim by on a few days. We enjoyed our walks on the beach every morning. We felt very comfortable in her condo. Wery laid-back atmosphere in Garden City. Great option for families! Quiet neighborhood (even during Memorial Day weekend!) that always felt safe. The neighborhood has a ton of amenities and getting there by the included golfcart made things super convenient and you're two blocks away from the beach! Will totally come again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo. Just steps away from the beach, gorgeous views and right by a pool. Easy access to elevator via a few steps, carts for heavy luggage. The balcony was inviting and the views stretched for miles. Full kitchen for families who want to cook, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Brian was a gracious host, communication was friendly and super responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s beach house over the holiday weekend! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and we loved the peaceful surroundings. Lisa was a great host, very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home! Host was incredibly responsive and kind. We had one small issue during our stay and within 30 minutes from reaching out to Diane, the issue was fixed! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything needed for beach days. The community members and neighbors were so kind and friendly. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was TONS to do within a thirty minute radius. We spent tons of the time at the beach and pool and also enjoyed Broadway at the Beach and the Pirate Voyage show. We would definitely stay here again- in a heartbeat!

This is place is absolutely nice. Lynn was super helpful all the time. The space overall is huge, the sunroom and living room and kids play area it’s a plus. Myself loved the kitchen space is super big, and kitchen island. The kids loved the bunk beds. I already started recommending this place to my friends. My kids said “mom this is 10/10 🙈😊”

Cynthia is not just a "superhost" but a Superwoman!!! Takes "above and beyond" to a whole new level! We can't rave enough about how amazing a host she is!! We've done air bnb dozens of times and have never met a host as absolutely amazing, helpful, kind, friendly and thoughtful! She always responded immediately and helped us from the time we booked until we left and everything in between! (even getting our stranded boat out of the water, securing it while there, etc) ALL the amenities and more!! We were celebrating my husband's retirement with family and friends and the property was perfect - tons of space, and everything we could possibly need! She even helped us figure out logistics for set-up and keeping our party dry from the rain. Everybody had an awesome time (even our dog 🐕) If you're thinking of enjoying some family/group time you'll definitely want to spend it here - you really won't even need to leave the property, but if you do, Myrtle is the perfect destination.

Dennis's house was wonderful! It looked exactly like the pictures and was immaculate. The kitchen is very well stocked and modern. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to get around the community and to use to go to the beach. Our favorite feature of the house was the screened porch! We spent hours out there watching the geese and turtles, enjoying breakfast in the morning and a drink before dinner. This was our third trip to OSV and first in Dennis's home, we will be reserving again for next year.

The place is a great location. The house is very nice. Unfortunately, due to, probably a lot of use, the furniture, carpets and appliances are worn out. We appreciate the exterminator coming in to take care if that and the maintenance people being prompt to address any issues. The bedrooms and bathrooms are up to date. There's of space. Love the turtles in the canal. Garage is spacious. Neighbors are awesome. Loved having private access to the beach. Appreciate the security.
