Large 2 storey home with 180 degree ocean views

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy the outdoor views from the balcony or the hot tub. Ample space with a large home theatre and kitchen area. All rooms are air conditioned so you can beat the heat. Pets are welcome but must be outside, we have a large very secure area outside for your beloved pet to wander. We have a spa for guest to use but you must fill it/drain it yourself. It does take time to reach temperature too so not suited to a one night stay.

You will be surrounded by nature with the Moresby Ranges offering spectacular views, only a short drive to the ocean and Dolby Creek reserve at the back gate for afternoon or morning walks. House is set on the back of the block with the owners residing in the front home, both properties ideally situated maintaining privacy. Light and bright with open plan living and all amenities you will need during your stay.

Next to the coffee shop is an enclosed playground for the kids. 30 Knotts Distillery is located 230 meters away. Northgate shopping centre is 450m away.
