Welcome to this beautiful, quiet and bright apartment. It is newly refurbished and fully furnished. Amenities include air-condition, cable TV, Free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, Washing machine, coffee machine and a hair dryer. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment is secured and a key is needed to access the building. Children friendly apartment. On site parking. We live near by which makes us available for your requests whenever you need us. You are welcome to start a short virtual tour while planning your next vacation in the Holy City of Jerusalem: The apartment is located in the center of the German Colony a beautiful neighborhood. In proximity to Jerusalem's trendy shops, bars and (kosher) Restaurants (3 min). In walking distance to the Old-City (30 min), and the Jerusalem Theatre (15min). The bus to city center is across the street. The apartment views the promenade/park of the old Railway line. Despite its central location it is quiet and not facing the main street. On site resident restricted, free and safe parking. 1 block from Orthodox and Rephormic synagogue (3 min ) We are also happy to provide cleaning and meal reservations upon request (additional payment required). My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the views and the location. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The apartment is on two floors on the first floor there are two bedrooms salon kitchenette and bathroom. The porch you see on the photos if of from the salon. The second floor consists of two additional smaller bedrooms. On the second floor there are two toilets and a bathroom. The porch can be used in the summer as an additional lounge.

Stunning, bright 2 bedroom apartment, 2.5 bathrooms in the German Colony. Our gorgeous, newly-renovated home is perfect for a family. Spacious and sunny, with a lovely balcony and kids' play area. Fantastic location just minutes from Emek Refaim and across the street from Ramban synagogue. Our home has 4 beds but sleeps up to 9 with pull-out sofa beds with everything you need for shabbat, books and games for children, a washer and dryer, TV, a generous kitchen and luxurious linens and towels.
