Holiday rentals with a pool in Germasogeia

Мы провели отличные 2 летних дня в Доме Розаны. Понравилось все-хороший бассейн, чистый дом со всеми удобствами, большая территория с несколькими мангальными зонами и кучей мест для отдыха. Дом и территория заполнены кучей раритетных вещей, которые интересно рассматривать. Обязательно вернемся

Our family of four with two daughters (nine and seven) had a lovely stay in Charoula's house just outside Zygi. The house was exactly as described and we loved the pool and garden area. Despite being in a group of houses, it felt very secluded by the pool. There was a great balance of sun and shade in the garden, which was important as we had a few hot days in our week. The house was well-equipped: we barbecued a lot - and there was everything we needed for that - and the children appreciated the inflatables for the pool! The location for us was great. We could walk to a beach bar on the way to Zygi, or take a very short drive into Zygi itself, which had lovely tavernas, a small supermarket, and a beach. We were also planning trips to visit family in Nicosia, which was a very easy drive (around 45 minutes, but quick to get to the A1). We also visited a local beach bar called Akakia, which we particularly enjoyed. Charoula was a helpful and very responsive host. Thank you!

George is an excellent host. He always responds so quickly to any issues, although I hardly had any problems, and he is very hospitable (offering to have a beer with you, or sharing some Cyprus meatballs he’s made!). George also respects your privacy, and will check in via messaging just to make sure everything is okay. The apartment was very clean and (most importantly to me) extremely quiet. The quietness, especially at night was such a surprise to me, and I was so thankful not have to deal with vehicle noise or late night foot traffic passing by the house. The bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were very clean. The house was a great spot to come back to and rest in after spending a day of exploring the town or the surrounding areas. The AC in the bedroom was most appreciated to have for escaping the heat! I had an excellent stay there and I would very much stay at George’s historical home again if I visit Cyprus again!!

Die Umgebung war wunderbar ruhig, mit meine Familie hatten wir das ganze Anwesen für uns allein, ganz ohne Nachbarn. Der Pool war groß und sehr sauber ideal zum Entspannen. Das Haus hatte alles schon drinnen gehabt, was wir gebraucht haben von A bis Z. Da die Unterkunft ganz oben auf dem Berg lag, war das Einkaufen und die Restaurants etwas schwieriger zum finden. Eine Autovermietung ist daher unbedingt zu empfehlen, wir haben ab dem Flughafen ein Auto gemietet.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

La maison est située sur les hauteurs de la baie de Pissouri - à 5 min à pied vous pouvez aller voir un beau point de vue de la côte de Chypre. C’est un endroit calme idéal pour se reposer. La localisation est très bien pour profiter du sud-ouest de l’île. Vous trouverez tout l’équipement nécessaire dans la maison, le lave vaisselle est un peu fatigué mais il fait le job. La piscine est agréable mais non chauffée, lorsque nous y étions l’eau était un peu trop froide à notre goût. Vrionis a toujours répondu présent à nos sollicitations et nous a fournit tous les renseignements nécessaires au séjour. Nous recommandons la maison.

First of all I want to say that Dimitri was wonderful and the place was great for me and my 7 friends, it was a bit challenging to find the place but once we understood the location it was really easy getting there with a car. There is a grocery center 8 minutes away, with a car, the place is quiet and giving great peaceful time. Generally I'm really recommending on Demetris house.

We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica e veramente vicino al mare. Noi credevamo di essere dislocati dal centro, ma con il senno di poi è la zona migliore anche grazie al lunghissimo lungomare. L’appartamento presenta tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno ed anche di più. La zona non è molto rumorosa e le finestre sembravano schermare il rumore della strada quelle volte che c’era. A causa della lunghezza della nostra permanenza, purtroppo non abbiamo beneficiato della piscina e della palestra.

We had the best stay at Constantino's apartment. It has everything a family of four needed. The location is great, a stone's throw from what we think is the best beach bar in Limassol (Malindi) - has great breakfast/brunch menu and cold coffees :) Uptown square is also walking distance with the best Sushi restaurant and pub in Limassol. We arrived in Limassol at 4am. Constantinos was waiting in the apartment for us to greet us. With cold drinks, fruit and pastries on arrival. Top star service! In addition, the bus stop was close by - our teenage son took the bus into central Limassol most days to see friends. The gated covered parking for our car was also much appreciated. All in all a lovely modern apartment, with marina views and proximity to quality services. When we're next back we will definitely stay here again.

Merci Rachel pour nous avoir permis de visiter Chypre à l’occasion d’un mariage. Appartement confortable avec Clim dans chaque pièce, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir. Piscine accessible au bas de la résidence. Dommage qu’il y est un voisin à côté de la piscine manquant d’hygiène mais ce n’est pas de la faute de Rachel. Parking gratuit à 10min de Limassol. Quelques adresses sont présentes dans un classeur permettant d’avoir le choix entre les restaurant et activités, je recommande le restaurant Kissos et la plage Columbia Beach aux prochains hôtes ;) Rachel avait mit à disposition des serviettes de plage et bains ce qui nous a permis d’avoir de la place dans la valise. Je recommande ce logement accessible et très bonne literie. Benjamin, Amandine et Cilgrid

This apartment is a great base with ideal positioning just over the road from a great little beach! Only €2.50 for a sunbed all day! The apartment complex was super secure with security on the gate 24/7, the pool was basic but ideal for what anyone would need. There is a smaller children’s pool too. Outdoor playground with swings/slides etc just next to the enclosed pool area. A pretty quiet complex but did get busier on the weekend. Was lovely to see new people down at the pool. The apartment isn’t some super high end luxury pad but then again you wouldn’t expect that for the very reasonable nightly rate. The apartment is however a comfortable, quiet and safe place to stay with all the basics in there all readily available to use. The host is lovely and responsive! Which is always super helpful 🙂

Herşey çok güzeldi. Sadece site havuzu temiz değildi fakat deniz e çok yakın olduğu için problem olmadı. Evin bulunduğu site sessiz ve sakin. Alilemiz bitlikte huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Tekrar geleceğiz. teşekkür ederiz

Останавливались в этой квартире и остались в полном восторге! Уютная атмосфера и чистота в каждом уголке сделали наше пребывание действительно комфортным. Бассейн функционировал без сбоев, и мы с удовольствием проводили там время. Рядом находится множество магазинов, что очень удобно. Особую благодарность хочу выразить хозяину — он всегда был на связи и с готовностью помогал решать любые вопросы. В целом, наше пребывание было просто замечательным, и я с удовольствием рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто ищет комфорт и удобство!

Excellent place. Very clean and welcoming. Most appliances are new. The photos are completely up-to-date. The complex is very quiet, even though it’s right next to the main street. Parking spots inside the complex are taken, but street parking is never a problem at any time of day. The pool is large and nice, but the weather was a bit chilly for the beach, so we didn’t use it. In my opinion, the location is the best possible in Limassol. Within a 300-meter radius, there are several excellent restaurants and bars, as well as the best beaches. Jelena is very kind and responsive. Even when she had to fly, her sister contacted us and assured us she was available if we needed anything. We spent 9 days without any issues. If we come back to Limassol, we’ll definitely try to book this apartment again.
