David was an excellent host. The pillows were a bit lumpy but David got straight onto to have it rectified asap. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks David

If you plan to come to Bali to see the jungle, the rice fields, to feel peace and to experience the local culture - THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! The accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful and natural parts of Bali - among maaaaaany rice fields. The view from the balcony is what I think most people come to the island for and they can hardly find - it is to die for. There is a pathway near the house and the walk there is like something I have only seen in movies. Dekwar and his wife took time of their day just to make sure I had everything I needed. Dekwar went to grab some documents for me, assisted me with renting a scooter, meanwhile his wife brought me their bike in case I was scared to use said scooter. She also brought me rice and a rice cooker and taught me how to use it. Dekwar also took me to the water temple, helped me walk through waterfalls, took me to a morning ceremony and a house gathering with his friends which I am sooooo so grateful for.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Great clean place. Close to lots of beach activities. This hotel is new. Other Units are still being furnished. The room we were staying in was the only room furnished. So it was quiet and lovely. There were some mosquitoes but the room came with an electric fly net. Would come back again.

We really liked the place and location, everything was easy to find, the apartment is close to the restaurants, clubs and beach .

It was a peaceful stay. Not much to do but if you want to relax it’s great.

We had a great time in the villa, the setting is exceptional (in the middle of rice fields), the villa is beautiful very clean nothing to reproach. And above all, what stood out most to us was Made's kindness and hospitality. Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Wishlist! Even better than the pictures… This little house is clean and has everything you need. We didn't miss anything. In a peaceful place in Ubud, away from the hustle and bustle and traffic but with everything you need nearby. We were very well received and the hosts are responsive, considerate and attentive to our needs. Recommended

What a beautiful place! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ellena, who was a friendly, proactive, and responsive host throughout our stay. The villa exceeded all expectations— even more stunning than the pictures. The bedding was pristine, the space was bright and airy, and the lush greenery by the pool made it feel like a true oasis. The location is fantastic—set in a quieter part of Bali, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still only about 30 minutes from Canggu. The beach is just a short walk away, offering incredible sunsets, and there are great coffee shops and a handy little convenience store nearby. The area has a lovely, relaxed feel, with lots of families staying nearby, making it a great place to unwind. The villa also provides a helpful booklet full of recommendations, which made exploring the area so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely be returning!

Wow, this place is so special. I moved here from their other listing (Balian River Hut) because I loved it so much and didn’t book for as long as I would have stayed. So I opted over next door and this place is equally magical and quite different. It’s nice to have a full fridge and the garden out front between you and the river is SO stunning. There are red hibiscus and plumerias and so many different beautiful plants. The tub out front on the deck is magical. This beds here don’t have mosquito nets but I didn’t need them because I just kept the bedroom doors closed during the day. The support from the hosts and everybody they hire are so kind and enjoyable to see each day. I felt so tended to by Komang and the land. I rarely see anyone but maybe 1 or 2 people coming to bathe in the river at sunset every so often. It feels really peaceful, safe and nourishing. I almost never left the property I was on and I could easily live here for months. I highly recommend.

Our stay at the Villa Oasis was absolutely AMAZING! Gede, Kadek and his wife, the lady who came to clean, everybody was exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. Gede showed us around beautiful Bali and suggested spots to go explore. He also gave us a lot of background information on traditions and culture. We spend several days with him adventuring around the northeastern part of the island. Kadek went out of his way to make us feel at home. He got us the fresh fruit we loved so much, surprised us with local dishes and together with his lovely wife and son took us out to eat at a beautiful warung several times. He even arranged for a very friendly woman to come to the villa and give a wonderful, relaxing massage. My boyfriend and I had an absolute dream vacation in Bondalem,- MATUR SUKSMA!

Great place and nice staff

It was wonderful stay. Me and my wife had the best time of our life. The service was incredible. The host Windu and his brother were always ready for our request. Redi, the caretaker was exceptionally great at the service.

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

Loved the place. 2 mins from the beach. Great location. Host was proactive and caretaker was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
