A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. Apartment located in CANNAREGIO DISTRICT, ony a few steps from the Jewish Ghetto, in a lively area plenty of typical restaurants and wine bars for locals where you can taste “cicchetti” and drink “the spritz”. Cosy, bright and fully equipped. We have renovated it with the idea of creating a pleasant place for a romantic getaway. It is extremely silent, being situated in a building overlooking a small inner garden. It has an easy access both from Marco Polo Airport and from railway station.

A detailed fabric pattern showcases a vibrant design featuring swirling floral and leaf motifs in shades of red, green, blue, and yellow. The intricate embroidery creates a textured appearance against a light background, highlighting the artistry of the textile.

Ours is a delightful 70 sqm apartment in Cannaregio, newly restored and composed as follows: Large living room with kitchen and living room, double bedroom and second bedroom, one bathroom. The building is historic and notified. The floors are entirely made of wood and the ceiling has exposed beams. The furniture is of quality and the amenities are complete, for a comfortable stay as if you were a local. The house is very warm and welcoming. The Fondamenta is full of life and trendy clubs.
