I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

Hoa's place is clean and tidy and a good location if you want to be outside of the city and near parks and greenery. Hoa was really helpful and responsive. A great stay.

This was our second stay at one of Betty's places , Betty is extremely welcoming. ,proactive , helpful , caring kind and considerate. The apartment was much better than looked in the photos , super modern, clean ,private , there are amazing views of the lake across the road with so many activities for kids to do, the park is very beautiful and lovely to walk around at night, amazing restaurants in the area . I want to say a big big thank you to Betty and her brother David ,they are always responsible and easy to contact to resolve any enquiries you might have . We definitely will be back to stay at Betty's! 🙏🙏👍

I stayed here for 1 month. Trang is the sweetest person and has meet all my needs in no time at all. This apartment is perfect for a solo traveller. If you stay 1 month or longer, she will send a cleaner once a week. The apartment is blessed with plenty of natural light, clean, unencumbered by pointless knick-knacks. One very important thing to consider is that the building has a gym on the 3rd floor, making it perfect even for lazy guys like me who would otherwise skip. The neighbourhood offers lots of food choices, among which the best banh cuon Cao bang you will ever have. Choose this apartment and I promise you won't regret it!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Ecopark, Hanoi. The space is beautifully furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location in Ecopark is perfect peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and a refreshing escape from the busy city center. The neighborhood offers great amenities, including cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores, all within walking distance. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and ensured my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Mình có một trải nghiệm tốt cho kỳ nghỉ vừa qua tại đây, và phần lớn là nhờ sự chu đáo và nhiệt tình của chủ nhà. Bất kỳ thắc mắc nào của mình đều được phản hồi nhanh chóng và chủ nhà luôn quan tâm đến trải nghiệm của khách. Mình có việc gấp phải vào trung tâm và rất may chủ nhà đã nhiệt tình sắp xếp xe cho mình. Nơi ở thì được chăm sóc tốt, gọn gàng, yên tĩnh và có đầy đủ mọi tiện nghi cần thiết cho cả sinh hoạt lẫn làm việc từ xa của mình. Một điểm cộng lớn nữa là nó có vị trí thuận tiện. gần siêu thị, các cửa hàng và cafe. Đặc biệt, mình rất yêu thích công viên sinh thái gần đó, nó yên bình và có gì đó giúp mình giảm stress, điều mà mình không có khi ở trung tâm thành phố. Hoàn toàn tin tưởng và 100% giới thiệu chỗ ở này cho bất kỳ ai đang tìm kiếm một không gian nghỉ dưỡng kết hợp với làm việc như mình. Cảm ơn bạn host rất nhiều.

Had an excellent stay here. Each floor in this near-new building holds a studio apartment, and this unit was as described, spacious and with high ceiling, to give an additional sense of space. Air conditioning was cold and shower was nice and warm. Host Billy was easy to reach and replied quickly to messages. He also offers airport pick-up and drop-off in his nice car, at a price similar to taxis. The house is in a gated community, with no traffic noise. Outside of the peace of the gated community is a very lively and busy working-class neighborhood, with lots of small shops where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs and similar. There's many cafes and coffee places, HaBeCo beer bars, barbershops, and a large variety of other stores.There are no tourists in the area which I found nice - the main tourists areas such as the old quarter are not far by taxi (Xanh SM is a good app taxi service I found). Overall recommended!

Mình may mắn book được căn hộ của anh Tiến cho đợt đi concert ATVNCG. Điểm cộng lớn nhất là anh Tiến cực kỳ nhiệt tình, phản hồi tin nhắn nhanh chóng và còn hỗ trợ mình thuê xe máy gấp dù thông báo khá sát giờ, mình rất biết ơn anh! Các chỉ dẫn check-in rất rõ ràng kèm theo ảnh. Căn hộ sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, ở rất thoải mái. Dưới toà nhà còn có nhiều tiện ích như siêu thị, quán ăn nên rất tiện lợi. Nếu có dịp quay lại, mình chắc chắn sẽ book ở đây. Cảm ơn anh Tiến!

Cảm giác như đang ở nhà vậy, ngoài ra chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và tạo không khí thoải mái cho khách. Xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra 🍾 cảm ơn chị chủ nhiều ạ.

Great apartment, had everything you need! And I loved the balcony too. Trang is a great host, everything you need is provided and she was very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Hanoi!

床很舒服很软，洗澡水很热并且这里有厨房，你可以自己动手做食物，附近有很多便利店，打车也很方便，推荐入住

Chỗ ở rất tuyệt vời, mình đã có chuyến du lịch cùng người thân rất vui vẻ tại đây, căn hộ sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng, dễ dàng trong việc nhận phòng, nhiều quán ăn, nhà hàng xung quanh.

The place is better than it looks in the photos. The landlord keeps her house clean and tidy. I found everything I need here, even more as she furnished her home like a hotel with full amenity and utilities! I even had a dish washer and candles! The location is convenient and in a quiet area with the long lake and park in front where I can run everyday. It's a new place and the services are being filled in but I have lots of choices for food, cafe, supermarkets, convenient stores... Gym is free and easy to access. Landlord is very easy to access and helpful. It's a very nice stay. Thank you

Recommendable! Duc Long is very responsive and he made sure that we will be checked in smoothly. We have a 6-week-old baby and Long made sure that the place is spotless. We really enjoyed Hien’s place. The surroundings are very serene and peaceful. And it’s walking distance to a lot of food choices. Hien responded fast and went above and beyond on our queries. We really appreciate all her help and support. Kudos to Hien!

Stunning views from all the rooms in the apartment, located on the 31st floor. Lots of restaurants and beautiful places to see around. Super quiet and well designed, felt right at home. Duong was extremely helpful and friendly. She took care of everything i needed in a matter of minutes. would definitely come back.

We liked this apartment and decided to extend our stay. Binh is friendly and helpful and responds to messages quickly. Comfortable independent check-in. Convenient location. T here are free buses: one goes around the area, the second goes around the Vinhomes areas and you can get to the center of Hanoi.

Thoc’s place is truly a home. Beautiful, spacious, clean, peaceful, and fully equipped with everything I could ask for and then some. The outside surrounding area is absolutely amazing. You can go out for walks in the park surrounded by nature, see animals (rabbits and peacocks), play on a zipline, and try out new cafes! There are mini grocery shops downstairs which is very convenient. The Mori Onsen is definitely a must! Very beautifully designed saunas, hot pools, ice baths, with an amazing view! The gym is a huge plus. It’s spacious and has enough equipment to get the job done! Thoc is kind, helpful, and responsive. She did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall I had an amazing stay for one month and I would definitely come back again! Highly recommend!

I had an incredible stay at Huy's place! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how clean and organized the space was. Every corner was spotless, and it was clear that the host puts a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The interior was stylish yet comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged for ease and convenience. The attention to detail was impressive—from fresh linens to well-stocked kitchen essentials, washing and drying facility. It truly felt like a home away from home.
