Our stay in Ninh Binh was the rainiest part of our trip by far but Thanh and his family (complete with their wonderful dog Binh) made it one of our favourite places to stay. They made sure we were able to still get out to see some of the best that Ninh Binh has to offer including the hang Mua lookout, trang An, and the bai Dinh pagoda. Thanh is extremely knowledgeable on how to help first time tourists in Vietnam, he even found us a train ticket when the website said there were none left! When we weren’t out exploring, their place was a very relaxing and beautiful place to spend our time! We recommend eating at the homestay, we loved all the delicious meals and they treated us like part of the family. We rocked out some karaoke and probably hurt some ears but we had a blast doing so. Lots of good memories in Ninh Binh, will for sure be coming back!

Super séjour, une vue incroyable qui correspondait a la description. l'hôte est gentil et serviable, elle nous propose qu'elle activité faire et des vélos gratuit a disposition. Petit déjeuner européen/américain gratuit. Seul bémol les coqs a 4h du matin, donc pensais au bouchons d'oreilles. Sinon tout est parfait et j'y repartirait

What an amazing stay we had at the Lotus Field Homestay! The pictures don’t do justice- it is so much better when you see it with your eyes. The surroundings of the karst mountains and lotus fields, and the sounds of nature are so beautiful. The hosts were great communicating prior and during our stay there. They helped us with recommendations and secured private drivers for us to explore the area each day. We were a family of 4, staying there for 3 nights, and we wish we could have stayed longer. They have a restaurant on-site and the food is great. We ate breakfast and dinner all three days there, and each meal was very tasty. Highly recommend!

Wish we stayed longer, we loved it here! Beautiful room and a huge, comfy bed. Felt like we were tucked away in a remote cabin, so cute! Delicious free breakfast. And the pool was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. The hosts were so accommodating and such friendly, welcoming people. They were happy to help with any request and gave us some really great local recommendations. Great laundry service. Free bicycles to hire. We hired a scooter for the day with our hosts and it was cheap and such an easy process. Truly a hidden gem! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Really beautiful little bungalow with a lovely view that is very close to local attractions in Ninh Bình. The eco lodge is peaceful and clean and is run by a wonderful family. Our host, Ngoan Ha, went out of her way to make us comfortable and is very helpful. When one of us got into a little cycling accident she called in her sister-in-law, who is a trained nurse to help clean and take care of the wound! The breakfast menu was quite varied and tasty! And there are bicycles that are free to use. Thank you Ngoan Ha to you and your family!

Amazing place, far the favorite place to stay during my journey through Vietnam. Excited for them building a pool coming soon. Great location for lots of things to do in the area, will 100% recommend this place and will return during my next trip to Vietnam. Thank you for the great hospitality!

staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!

Had a great stay here, markets around the lake which are very close and so beautiful at night. Hosts were attentive and helpful. Great stay

we had a lovely stay here . there was 6 of us and we had the whole floor to ourselves . it was on the river front and everything was walkable .

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was exactly like the photos - a beautifully styled place that feels like home. The amenities were great and the outdoor space had beautiful views of the pagoda at night. The location is great and the downstairs coffee shop is a bonus! The host and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

LOCATION, location, location. We had a great time here which was helped by a free upgrade on our first night because we had an issue with our room. The cafe at the bottom is a vibe and the location is great. Saturday night in this area is a must for date night and the staff were so amazing thank you guys

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and  a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.
