A lovely room in the heart of Ubud. So easy to be able to walk to everything from the room. The family were so friendly and the staff were very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights here and was the perfect place. We also arranged the mount Batur tour through Agung which was great, all planned and booked for us for the next day at short notice for a really reasonable price.

Unser Aufenthalt war mega! Sehr ruhige Lage aber mit Moped alles sehr schnell erreichbar! :-)

Loved the location, only 10 minutes by bike to central Ubud and Goutama Street. The room and bathroom are spacious, and the villa is well-equipped. It’s ideal for those wanting to unwind and enjoy a quiet vibe. It’s tucked in the rice fields, so you can only reach it by bike but the staff is very helpful with luggage.

Prachtige en schone cottage waarin wij hebben mogen verblijven, de gastvrijheid was top! Echt een aanrader!

We hebben het zó geweldig gehad met onze familie! Je voelt je meteen thuis door de gezellige inrichting. Het uitzicht over de rijstvelden is zo mooi! De slaapkamers zijn prima. Wij hadden weinig last van het verkeer. We hebben een paar keer massages laten doen, Awan regelde dat. Dat verliep allemaal prima. Dagelijks maakte Awan een prima ontbijt naar keuze. We vonden het allemaal goed. Awan spreekt genoeg Engels voor de noodzakelijke communicatie. De supermarkt aan de overkant is erg handig, het simpele restaurant op 20 meter ook. Via Grab hebben we ook regelmatig eten besteld. Het was voor een paar van ons een eerste kennismaking met Azië. Door de villa is die eerste indruk geweldig goed!!! Dank je wel Olive voor het ter beschikking stellen van deze unieke plek!

I had an amazing stay! The accommodation was comfortable and beautifully maintained. I spent a lot of time in the coworking space, which was also great. Dewa was exceptionally kind and responsive, always available to help with anything I needed. I’m really glad I chose this place and hope to come back!

The staff was very helpful and kind especially angga🙏🏼. Bed was very comfy. Room was clean. Pool was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant opposite had good food as well 🥰

Post fantastico. Se cerchi un po' di pace nella jungla questo posto è l'ideale. 30 min daubud con taxi o scooter. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Massaggiatrice...la migliore, vale la pena faremassaggi ogni giorno. Cibo ottimo. Se tornassi a Bali tornerei sicuramente qui! Grazie

Having Dewa as the first stay in Bali was great to help me settle in. He's kind, responsive, helpful and open to feedback. Any problems I had he sorted them. The room itself was good, in working order and hot shower and very good wifi. The location is great, very quiet but also close to lively local neighbourhood. I was able to get around easily at any time of the day. Thanks Dewa.

What a lovely, sweet place! Felt like I had my very own nest for a couple of days, close to Penestanan and central Ubud. Special shout out to Wayan! A beautiful soul who helped with my bags, cleaned my room, and — most importantly — greeted me with a big smile and howdy every time I saw him. I live in Ubud; I know this area well. Hands down, this place is awesome. 🙏🏽💛🌈

La estadía estuvo perfecta. El lugar es un paraíso, rodeado de rice fields con mucho verde. Ideal para aquellos que no quieren ir a Canggu o Uluwatu y prefieren una estadía más relajada cerca de mucha naturaleza. Se necesita auto o moto si o si para absolutamente todo, por suerte con grab es super fácil. Tambien el dueño vende comida y bebidas que son muy útiles cuando no planeas ir al centro de ubud en auto (1 hora). Nos encantó estar alejados del centro, rodeados de naturaleza. La casa es tal cual las fotos y mejornincluso, y la comunicación con los dueños para ordenar comida, actividades y desayuno es súper fácil. Sobre el ruido de animales que otros huéspedes comentan, se soluciona con simplemente tapones. El único cambio que pediría es mejorar la presión de las duchas. Tampoco salía muy caliente. Recomendaría este alojamiento sin dudas

Thank you again Caroline, Kutut, Wayang and Nyoman. Your house is magnificent and the support and care wonderful. I had my own complications but none of you were phased and all very helpful. For anyone that is interested in staying here I would highly recommend it for people that would like a genuine, elegant and private experience and who likes animals too. I stayed in the studio last year and found that perfect also. This year my parents joined me for part of the stay as we stayed in the house which has plenty of air, space, light and room. It is set in gardens that are natural and well kept and there are beautiful views of rice fields right in front of you. You can spoil yourself in the open expansive bathroom. It also feels like a home as it has a warm and generous vibe. I did work here and the wifi was great. So if you are looking for somewhere to get away from the hustle and bustle and do your own thing it is perfect. If you want a quality, serene and natural stay and like being close to the environment and animals then don't hesitate on this one I think it is rare.

Our stay at the villa was very comfortable and the host, Dhe, and his associates, were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. I was even able to arrange an airport pick-up which was very convenient! The rooms in the villa were clean and well-kept and the pool with floating breakfast was a fun experience. Dhe was also easy to contact before and throughout our stay. We would recommend staying here for anyone who wants to have easy access to all of Ubud but also wants a private, peaceful stay.

Tropical Kasbah is a beautiful and quiet place. With a jungle view and natural surroundings. Lee, the host also very nice and communicative. Will definitely come back!

The villa is such a nice place surrounded by rice field and trees. Rivers are flowing out the window. Food is nice, lovely trip. Thank you.

Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa bietet viel Platz und ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas am Rande des „Lebens“ in Ubud gelegen, etwas ruhiger aber es gibt viele Baustellen vor Ort (wie angegeben!). Zu Fuß ist die belebte Straße und der Palace in ca 20 Minuten zu erreichen, es gibt aber großflächig keinen Gehweg und es herrscht sehr viel Verkehr. Dafür kann aber ja die Unterkunft nichts ;) Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Gastgeber über Airbnb schnell zu erreichen! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, wer es etwas ruhiger und abgelegen von alldem Trubel mag.:) Nicht vergessen, dass sich die Unterkunft in Natürlicher Fläche befindet und es dadurch gerade im Außenbereich viele kleine Krabbeltiere gibt.

Great place to stay. The staff is very prompt & very hospitable. The property is near local neighborhoods, so if you don’t mind dogs barking at night this is the place for you. Overall, I would totally recommend this property!

This is a very cool space - the whole house (except bedrooms) is an open air concept that makes for a lovely and relaxing vibe. Beautiful garden overlooking river. They have lots of fans to keep you cool, and the bedrooms have air conditioning. We were only there one night, but had dinner, breakfast, and lunch in house and it was super good! Also very highly recommend the massage - outdoors by the river is fabulous, and the ladies who did the massages were fantastic (I had Ayu - so great!). As one of the other reviews mentioned, it’s not quite as isolated/private as some other places (the owners live next door, and the neighbors are building a property on opposite side) - but we did not feel crowded at all and we would definitely recommend this place as well as hope to return sometime soon! The staff was great and we really appreciated their cooking and help arranging transport. Mahalo!
