Its architecture is characterized by the Mudéjar style of the Spanish immigrants, but above all by the Eclecticism. The house measures 33 m in length and 23 m in width and offers a wonderful view of the city and the bay. The large room has a double and a single bed, as well as a private bathroom with shower.
