The property is separate from a small campsite (10 sites). Located 3 km (1.9 miles) away is Lac des Settons, which offers beautiful beaches and water sports opportunities. From this location, you can go hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and horseback riding. The property offers a fantastic view over the valley where our lake is located, in which swimming is permitted. Available for rent for the entire week during the high season, starting on Saturday.

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

Spacious 80 m2 apartment located 10 minutes from Lake Settons in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park. Numerous hiking trails, mountain biking, water activities, hunting, fishing, motorcycling, and mushroom picking according to the seasons. The city of Château Chinon is 25 minutes away with two museums and shops. Our apartment has the advantage of having a large terrace with an outdoor table and chairs. Feel free to ask us for the barbecue and the parasol.
