In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City East, which I use myself during the week for project work in Munich and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as bakeries, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacies are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other interesting gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.
