Divided on two levels, the Villa is surrounded by private land, with exclusive access to the sea, and three panoramic terraces. The upper floor consists of a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a living room, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two twin beds) and 2 bathrooms. The lower floor has a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms, and a washing machine.

A beautiful breathtaking sea view of the cove and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, will welcome you upon your arrival on a terrace equipped with table and chairs, sofa with armchairs and outdoor chairs to spend your convivial and relaxing moments. In the evening, on the terrace under the stars, it is a unique moment to enjoy the sea and the beautiful sky of the Argentario. Ideal for a couple with one or two children.

The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the island. The kitchen is furnished with every tool (even too many). Most mornings you can get fresh local fish directly from fishermen (2 mins walk from the house).
