House holiday rentals in Gillespie County

Perfect setup for our bachelorette! There were fresh cookies waiting upon our arrival which was was so sweet. Host was easy to communicate with and check out was a breeze. Great experience!

This is a gem of a place to rent. It is perfect for a family get together with adult children. Lots to do and stunning views. The house was beautiful and had an open concept. Sitting on the porch and drinking coffee was so relaxing each morning.

This is the 3rd time our group has rented this house, and we'd do it again and again. Not only is the house big enough for a group, it's absolutely stunning. It's decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, the yard is pristine. It's spread out enough that you can have people in the pool, people playing cornhole on the lawn, people reading on the patio, and people napping, all peacefully separated. But you can also all congregate to grill out for dinner. It's a dream. This year, the A/C went out on Sunday of a holiday weekend, and Rachel's team was somehow able to get someone over within an hour of us reaching out (on a SUNDAY on a HOLIDAY) to get it fixed ASAP. Such impressive customer service. We're always grateful for Rachel's hospitality and we cannot recommend staying here enough!

Great place to relax

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls. Super clean, stylish, and comfortable—and the pool spa was a major highlight! We spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the space. The location was great—close enough to everything we needed but still felt like a private retreat. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! It was so peaceful and tranquil, just what my husband was looking for and my granddaughters had so much fun swimming in the pool!

Great stay in Fredericksburg. Convenient location. Bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were nice. The whole place was great. The hot tub was ready when we arrived.

Loved this property. It was exactly how it was described. The location was peaceful and relaxing. Access to town was easy, but still remote enough to be serene. Everything was pristine, and had incredible amenities. Would love to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. If there is anything I might say was less than great was the soft mattress. My wife and I both prefer firm beds, but it was in no way a detraction from an otherwise great stay. Would recommend to friends. Clean, convenient, quaint, comfy.

Do note this is a split level home. It looked like one story from the photos but it does have stairs down to the dining room and one of the bedrooms.

We loved staying here! My sisters and mom also enjoyed it, really close to Main Street and it’s a beautiful neighborhood! Morgan was a great hostess she responded very quickly if we had a question!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The house was clean snd well maintained. One of the coolest things was that deer were nearby in the morning and evening! Anita notified us that a thunderstorm and hail may occur one evening. She made room for our to be parked in her carport. I highly suggest staying at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay! Place was very clean and cozy. Loved having the rooftop seating! The host was responsive and helped us get an earlier check in. The guides provided were a nice touch as well. We will definitely stay again. Perfect little escape that is very close to everything in town.

Eagle Village was EXCELLENT! Easy check in process. Received texts as soon as I booked, days leading up to our visit, day of check in and a welcome message once we checked in. Plus the day before checkout and the checkout day instructions. All very easy to read and comply with. Very short drive to downtown and surrounding area attractions. We ate and drank our way though Hill County and loved staying at here while doing it. The hot tub was ready to go up on arrival and made a nice place to relax every night after a long day of relaxing.. The king bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows in the closet. I was a little hesitant with the 72 for the AC but with the ceiling fan and fan in the closet, it wasn't ever an issue. We had an amazing experience and will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

This was a wonderful retreat for our family. Comfortable and well situated for hiking, wine, adventures, and shopping in town hosts were communicative as needed. We will be back!

We had a great stay in this wonderful house. Of all the airbnbs we've stayed in before, this one matched the photos most perfectly. The house is spacious and exceptionally convenient. The pool is absolutely amazing and we spent hours lounging by it. Kaitlin was exceptionally responsive and always ready to help. The location is fantastic and provided the perfect base for Fredericksburg. We would stay here again in a second.

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved this quiet little space, it gave us privacy to sit and and enjoy the cool evenings and was a short drive from town and all it had to offer. Hopefully will get to come back sometime soon.

This stay was everything we didn’t know we needed. The silo is not only incredibly unique and beautifully decorated—it’s also peaceful, cozy, and full of character. Every little detail felt intentional, from the vintage touches to the luxurious linens and crystal chandeliers. It was the perfect space to unwind, reflect, and reconnect. We came here hoping for a quiet weekend away and left feeling a little more whole—rested, recharged, and deeply grateful. If you’re looking for a place to slow down and breathe again, this is it. We will absolutely be back!
