THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a BIG friendly dog that will be more then happy to say hello upon arrival. Amazing place. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent host who goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and want. Will happily leave you alone or keep you company and entertain you, if you prefer. Cozy fireplace. Modern bathroom. Awesome sauna and pool. Amazing views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Excellent fire pit. Clear views of the stars and the Milky Way. A perfect getaway.

Trisha and Ray’s place is lovely! Better than the photos! It was perfect for what we needed. It would work great for a family or two small families as it has two lounge areas so kids can be in one and adults in the other :) There was a great array of toys for our son and everything is lovely and new in the house. Beds are large and super comfortable! The pancake ingredients for brekkie was so thoughtful! Trisha and Ray were so lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend
