Nice beatiful 1 bedroom apartment. 30sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. You have the entire second floor and attic at your disposal, with two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A private garage is included – very rare in the city center. The home is bright, warm, and cozy. Quiet location, but only a few minutes' walk to Byparken, restaurants, and the steps to Fjellstua.

Huset ligger sentralt til, med kun 15 minutter til Vigra lufthavn og 20 minutter til Ålesund sentrum. Large, spacious top floor apartment in the heart of Ålesund city. From here you can walk to anywhere in the city centre. Private secluded outside area with comfortable furniture to enjoy a long breakfast or an evening meal in the Summer. Around the corner is a donut place, several cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. You rent the whole apartment for yourself. No sharing with me or other guests.
