Nice beatiful 1 bedroom apartment. 30sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

Huset ligger sentralt til, med kun 15 minutter til Vigra lufthavn og 20 minutter til Ålesund sentrum. Large, spacious top floor apartment in the heart of Ålesund city. From here you can walk to anywhere in the city centre. Private secluded outside area with comfortable furniture to enjoy a long breakfast or an evening meal in the Summer. Around the corner is a donut place, several cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. You rent the whole apartment for yourself. No sharing with me or other guests.
