Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Gamla school. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Here awaits fantastic walking and cycling paths right at your doorstep. If you head south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely baths at rock cliffs or quiet, peaceful walks along the sea. To the farm belongs a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop, patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50kr/day

Här i hjärtat av Österlen har vi hittat vårt paradis på jorden; med underbar pool, utsikt och plats att umgås. Med bästa läget på Österlen kan du enkelt upptäcka allt som finns runtomkring och hitta just dina guldkorn. Huset är en klassisk skånelänga från 1800-talet men gott om charm. Huset omfattar ca 180 kvm plus källare och garage så det finns gott om utrymme för umgänge både inne och utomhus. Det är ca 2 km ner till vackra Gislövs hammar där det finns sandstrand.

In the car we were listening to a Simon & Garfunkel remix of a Sound of Silence and this song perfectly reflects the feeling you get at Martins house. It’s very private and quiet, beside of the occasional pheasant, tractor or your own children on the trampoline ;-). The house is close to many beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. We felt really at home a Martins summer home.

We had a super cozy week with nice Titti and Hasse, who were on hand and helped quickly when an extra towel was needed etc. There is plenty of space to hang out and a large kitchen with everything you might need. We were six people and so appreciated the dishwasher and all the different seating areas. The large dining table inside was only used a few times because the weather was nice and we sat outside in the sun both for breakfast and in the evening. Really comfortable beds and nice sheets and towels. One of the bedrooms is walk-through room to the other two, but you can pull for a drape so it didn't bother us at all. We brought our little dog who could run freely in our part of the garden, facing fields and at a safe distance from the busy road. We would be glad to come back.

The accommodation and Esmeralda were great. We were a little surprised/disappointed that all service closed so early. Most of them closed at 6 pm, even at well-visited excursion destinations such as Kåseberga, Ale Stenar. Maybe because we were there in May, but it was still a long weekend (Ascension Day) and a lot of tourists. But I highly recommend the accommodation! Easy to find and convenient with parking just outside.

Nice and familiar accommodation. Very large spaces. Nice surroundings. If you are 8-9 people for whom the accommodation is suitable, one must keep in mind that the fridge is not suitable for so many. The kitchen was abundantly equipped. Maybe a big cleaning of the house before spring/summer had been nice as there were a lot of cobwebs, but it worked well anyway :) Convenient with check-in via lockbox and always quick responses from the host.

It's a wonderful house in Swedish light blue, built by one of its owners himself, literally a 200 footsteps away from the rocky beach, with only one street in between. You can hear the sea while you are in bed with the windows open. What a lovely way to wake up in the morning! The house, surrounded by a spacious garden with a terrace, contains everything you want from a holiday home: a spacious living room with an open kitchen (with enough pots and pans, cups and saucers, cutlery and plates), a big bathroom with a good shower and 2 bedrooms plus extra beds on the landing. But what will captivate you most is the bright sparkling atmosphere and the peace and rest you are looking for during a holiday. An absolute smashing place!
