This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Great green garden with many different species around you when you stay, silent area! But close to the beach, also nice park way to walk to the center!

We booked Daniela's accommodation for a long weekend on the beach. The accommodation is really right by the sea and from the balcony you have a super nice view! Daniela was really great! We were able to check in earlier flexibly. The communication was extremely easy and super friendly!! Really a great hostess!! The apartment looks like the photos Each room has air conditioning, which is really great in the summer. The apartment was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed, central yet in a quiet part of town with plenty of great places to eat within a few minutes’ walk. Our host gave us fantastic tips for fish restaurants and places to swim. We weren’t there for a holiday, but it felt like one.

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

My stay was very quiet in Domenico's house, a very comfortable and polite house, exceeded my expectations.

The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. We, four girls, recently stayed at the property for a week. This is a bit away from the shot (20 minutes walk from the city/village) but for us it was totally fine. We needed some peace and quiet. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. Fabrizio was already waiting for us and the key exchange was smooth. Free parking was available nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the terrace every morning. In addition, there is the private beach. Bikes were available. GREAT!!!! The premises are somewhat limited for four adults. We didn't always have good weather, so you couldn't spread out well. In addition, the apartment is in need of renovation. The garden is also beautiful but too much clutter, which is here and there. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you Fabrizio!

The accommodation is very large and everything you needed was there. The location is optimal, right in the city and everything is easily accessible on foot… The stand was directly across the street. Everything very clean! Host was very friendly and always responded quickly… always happy to come back!

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish decor. Thoughtful with storage for clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and a rain shower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can only recommend it. It is a very nice and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

The accommodation is in the heart of Francavilla al mare. The Sirena is the linchpin of this city that stretches along the sea. 5 minutes' walk from the beach (soft sandy beach). An underpass (under the railway tracks) provides easy access to the beach, the world's best ice cream parlor "Tennisbar dal Professore" and various Restaurants. On the accommodation side, there are several supermarkets (it is recommended to take the car) The accommodation is located in a corner house, high floor. In the spacious entrance area, the small kitchen is open to the living-dining room, beautifully bright and spacious. Two bedrooms are to the right and the bathroom to the left. You can see the sea from the bedroom windows. All rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious, central. Small "helpers" such as laundry racks, parasols and brooms make it easier to organize after a nice day at the beach. We thank Elisa for the great accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay. The couple is very responsive. Amazing, fast, accurate , awesome communication! We were able to pick up the accommodation already in the morning at 9am so really very convenient. The Accommodation is great , the sea is right next door! The location is great , the building is very clean. I have nothing to say about the place it was great

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, well furnished and clean. The location is perfect, very central, facing the sea, a few steps from the beach and close to the station.
