The neighborhood and apartment are safe, beautiful, and clean. The view is fantastic, and the place is quiet. The service is classy and tasteful. I really enjoyed my stay in Filo's flat - looks exactly like the pictures, everything clean and well maintained. Even though it's close to two big roads it's not that noisy - but you still can get out of the area quickly, be it by Uber or Metro. I especially liked the balcony to read and enjoy the neighbourhood. Filo also was a really helpful host, setting me up with one of his friends for a trip to the new administrative capital. So I could still learn something new from him, even though I know Cairo quite well.

Another great stay at Silver Palm. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location next to O1 Mall with lots of restaurants and cafés. The team was helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay at this apartment in Cairo. The place was clean, well-located, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything shops, restaurants, and public transport. My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and Mr. Ahmed was very nice and welcoming for our stay. He was very flexible for our check in and check out. That was the best because everyone knows when your long flights lands very early and check in isn’t until 3, it would be a pain. Mr. Ahmed was very nice to let us come early and rest after our flight.
