A barn surrounded by woodland; there is a path down to the jetty, where it is nice to go for a swim, or you can sit by the fire pit in the woods and light an evening fire. A sleeping bag is included in your stay. You have your own bathroom with a shower inside the main house. If you need the kitchen, you are, of course, welcome to use it. In the barn, there is an electric kettle and a water jug. There is an option to use the electric grill on the veranda if you wish to prepare food there. Your four-legged friend is welcome in the barn. Sofa bed in the living room + the bed shown in the pictures.

Welcome to Gåsvannshytta – a hidden gem just 30 minutes from Kragerø. The cabin is located quietly and undisturbed by a toll road, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. Bring drinking water (20 liters are available at the cabin). Refrigerator, freezer and stove are powered by gas. Light and charging via 12V solar system. Fireplace with free firewood. Boat is included - bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season. The cabin must be cleaned before departure. Bring your own bed linen.

Although the cabin is peacefully located in the woods, it is a short drive to beautiful Sørlandsperler. The cabin is without electricity and water, but it has an outhouse. Solar panels provide power for lighting and charging of mobile phones. Otherwise, there is a gas stove and a gas refrigerator. Road all the way up to the cabin and parking on the plot. Two bedrooms with double beds in each room. Bathroom with sink and pump shower.

Sørlandshus in Gjerstad near swimming and fishing waters

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house was built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house as a holiday home ourselves. The house is located in an open and peaceful area. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Here you rent a cozy older house in rural surroundings, but with a short distance to the store and other amenities. The house is located approx. 5 min from E-18 and Brokelandsheia, with grocery stores, cafes, the small zoo etc. Risør and Kragerø are only a short drive of 25 minutes away.

Refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, wifi and TV. Only 50 meters to prepared ski slopes in the winter. Many nice trips in the forest and mountains close to the cabin. There is one fantastic fishing area at Felle with nice trout to get.

Egdehall is a beautiful place that is perfect for large groups. Large kitchen, dining room, large living room, bathroom in the hallway, 18 bedrooms and 35 beds. 400 meters to Gjerstad train station (Sørlandsbanen) 2.5 hours by car from Oslo and 1.5 hours from Kristiansand. There is no shower/bath in the rooms, but in the hallway. The standard is good.
