This is a lovely, light and airy studio apartment situated in a wonderful lush green area in the picturesque north of Mahe. It has everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay and is within 15 minutes drive to Victoria and Beau Vallon!
“My husband and I stayed at Sandra's for the first part of our honeymoon in the Seychelles. The apartment is appointed with all the essentials, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, chatting and reading outside on the balcony as we watched the ocean, birdlife, geckos, and people. Sandra was a wonderful and welcoming host and was even so kind as to meet us on Christmas night when we arrived to hand over the keys and show us everything in her home. She also provided us with eggs, milk, bread, tea, coffee, and fruit on arrival which was very helpful the next morning. She very kindly invited us to celebrate New Year's Eve with here and although we weren't able to make it, we were so touched by the invitation and warmth!”
Quiet property located in the north coast of Mahe Island, five minutes walk to the closest beaches and five minutes drive to the popular Beau Vallon beach (Tourist attraction). We welcome all guests who wish to enjoy the Seychelles Island. The property has two (one) bedroom apartments. This specific listing is for the top apartment displayed in images provided.
“We spent two great weeks in the upper Stelia apartment. The equipment is new, super clean and leaves nothing to be desired. The view from the balcony is a dream! The kitchen has everything you need, including a large fridge freezer. We did not miss anything. The bathroom is modern, big and also very clean. The washing machine is handy. The Smart TV including Netflix is also great if you want to spend some comfortable time in the apartment. The Wi-Fi is for the Seychelles above average. The bed is protected by a mosquito net, which I think is good. The closet provides ample space to stow things. Only for a bedside table on the side of the bed is missing the space, but that is negligible in the great overall equipment. The driveway to the house is actually very steep. You will then be rewarded with the fantastic view. We had a small rental car Hyndai I10 and failed while trying to drive up the driveway. I would advise against trying. It's not a good feeling to come to a halt in the middle of the day and somehow have to bring the car and one of them down safely. Steven helped fortunately. Thanks again. I recommend using one of the two parking spaces down the street. Glacis itself is a nice village and offers a small supermarket on foot right. Below the supermarket is a small beach, which we liked very much. If you take the road from the apartment a bit further to the left, you get to the very beautiful and larger Sunset Beach. Glacis is a good starting point to explore the northern half of Mahe. By car you are in about 5 minutes on Beau Vallon Beach and in about 15 minutes in Victoria. Steven is a very friendly and helpful host. The communication was always smooth and very fast. If we were to come back to Mahe, we would definitely inquire again. This apartment is one of the best we have ever had and highly recommend it!”
Located in the most frequented tourist area of the Seychelles yet just out of the bustling road. This unique villa is built on giant granite boulders which features both outside and inside in every room. It's 5 minutes walk from the beach and offers stunning views of the Beau Vallon bay and sunset. It's as close to nature as you can get in the Seychelles.
“The ultimate get away from the hustle and bustle of town life. Located in a very secluded hillside over looking beautiful Marie Anglaise Bay, tranquility guaranteed. The only regular visitors are the local fruit bats feeding in the nearby mango tree. Your hosts are attentive in every respect and the accommodation does not leave you needing anything. The balcony view of the bay from the pool is great to drink a chilled glass of sparkling. Car highly recommended if not a must otherwise you may find it difficult to get around. Thoroughly enjoy as we did. Personally I loved living in a house that has been sympathetically incorporated into its local mountainous surroundings. The ultimate man cave!”
