Take a break, unwind and enjoy all this lake has to offer. Bring your kayaks or small boats and enjoy miles of fun. Due to the dam being repaired levels are low. Photos are accurate level. If the water is not for you bring your bikes and take advantage of the low traffic roads with beautiful nature scenery. Shopping is only 11 miles away (20 mins). West Branch outlet mall, Walmart, Aldi’s and restaurants. Internet. No cable. Streaming apps accessible. Up to 3 Kayaks available upon booking.

Quiet Getaway

Quiet vacation home on Wixom Lake. While the lake is gone at the moment, it’s still a nice get away location. Large side yard for parking or tents. A fire pit in the yard for a relaxing evening. The house has three bedrooms, including a double bunk bed in one room and a master suite & central heat/ac A recent addition of a garage, entryway and loft have changed the look of the place. The Riverside on Lakeshore Drive

Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors at this home. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views while relaxing by the fire or snuggle up on the sprawling deck and read a book. You can visit one of the nearby rivers where you can fish, kayak, canoe or tube. If hiking is your things visit a nearby nature preserve. Home is also located near ATV and snowmobile trails and hunting preserves. When the water returns home boast 280 feet of waterfront on a canal leading out into Wixom Lake.
