Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Chic and cosy old house in the heart of the historic centre of Savigny-lès-Beaune right in front of the church of the 13th century . The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. Good addresses are only 100m away: Le Chateau de Savigny, several restaurants, a grocery shop, the bakery and the wine producers of Savigny.

At the edge of the Cîteaux Forest (Natura 2000 classified), the bucolic landscapes of the surroundings will enchant you. This place inspires calm and relaxation. The location of the cottage will allow you to immerse yourself in the heart of our wine-growing region.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
