You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. If you want to go to the North Sea, it is only a 15-minute walk away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The house is 73 m2 and furnished with a combined kitchen/living room. The house has three rooms, with room for 6 people + a smaller child in a weekend bed. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and heat pump with air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen, as well as plenty of service. Terrace of 96 m2, which can be completely enclosed, so small children and possibly a dog cannot run out. Garden with a trampoline, two sensory swings and lawn for ball games. Common areas with a natural playground, fire pit and soccer goal.
