Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s place which was centrally located and matches the description listed. The Brownstone is beautiful and walkable to everything. Great neighborhood for a stroll with a whole foods close by and the US historical buildings. The space was beautiful and free of clutter, the host even provided metro cards for our use. Host was also very responsive and checking in on us. Would definitely book again.

This was our second stay here - the home is very comfortable and the back yard is a veritable oasis if the weather cooperates. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Hampden.

My wife and I came to Baltimore for a few days to get away and see the sights. The house become an important part of our getaway. First, it was in a very charming neighborhood. Right next to a very nice park. More about this park later. At night the entire tree-lined street lights up making it look magical. The home itself has a certain charm and we felt at home the moment we stepped inside. The house is a short drive away from the Inner Harbor, which was the main attraction of our trip. But we found plenty of other places to visit during our stay. Our final night, back to the park for a leisurely walk to the other side where we found an ice cream shop! What a wonderful way to finish up our trip sitting on a park bench, eating our ice cream, watching the people walk by. Rafi, our host, was fantastic. He responded to all of our questions very quickly and was very friendly. Rafi was the perfect host. Overall we completely enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much Rafi!

Overall good location, clean, looks like the photos. Only flag is that you can very clearly hear people walking upstairs.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

We enjoyed our stay in Federal Hill. Great location. Walkable to restaurants, bars, ice cream and coffee shops. Easy Uber ride to other locations. Near Federal Hill Park which offer great views of the city. House was clean and cozy. Bailey was always friendly and responsive.

What a great spot! We loved staying here, and we can’t wait to return. Loved the layout of the house and all of the great Baltimore decorations. Didn’t get to use the deck because of a rainy evening, but hope to in the future. All of the instructions for the place were super clear, and check out was a breeze!

Kofi's place was great! Very convenient location and walkable to Johns Hopkins Hospital and Patterson Park. Easy parking and would stay here again!

Can’t say enough about our experience! Everything was as Sean described…or better! Townhouse was clean and had everything we needed! The location is fantastic …..within walking distance of all of Fells Point. Sean’s restaurant recommendations were great, as we tried them all. Sean was quick to get back to us with any questions. We had a great stay here. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and conveniently close to shopping areas and everything we needed. We booked this property for a family reunion and couldn't have been more pleased. We loved the open floor plan with the dining room, kitchen and living room area plus the beautiful patio. Our family spent so many happy hours together talking, laughing and reminiscing! The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing. The hosts were very responsive when we had just a few questions upon check in. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a group event or just have a big family that needs lots of space! This was my second month staying in Cosy Cottage, and it was even more enjoyable than last month. Kim is the perfect hostess: she responded graciously and quickly to my questions and needs, anticipated possible concerns, and, while always respecting my privacy, was extremely helpful and friendly. The cottage is delightful and includes everything one could need to have a very comfortable stay. A few friends dropped by and were as excited about it as I was.

Kelly’s place was perfect for our night stay in Baltimore. Walkable to Camden yards, lots of restaurants and bars just down the street. Views from the rooftop were very nice. Kelly was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Instructions were easy to follow and we felt right at home.

My family and I made the best with the weekend we had. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The parking was convenient. The beds were comfortable and everything was beautiful. I captured some photos with the children alongside the paintings on the walls. The host was very accommodating and responsive when my teenager got locked out the room touching the keypads which are on every bedroom door. Incase that happens there are keys. I would recommend putting the most athletic group on the top floor thankfully that was Me. I enjoyed my top quarter which was cozy and warm. My husband also enjoyed the jetted tub in the bathroom located with it. The showers were spacious as well. This place was exactly what we needed to feel at home and at peace while traveling expeditiously. Thank you for your hospitality. I wish I had more time there.

This was a perfect short term rental for my son. Easily accessible and clean. Jessica was very welcoming, quickly responded to all inquiries and was willing to extend the stay with short notice. Overall a great experience.

This Stay and Host were excellent! My expectations were exceeded abundantly!

Although not as close to the action as you may want, once inside you will find a very updated home with plenty of amenities. Easy to get inside. Relatively quiet (it is DC after all). And easy check out procedures.

This B&B is very nice, very clean. The landlord is very nice and helped us solve many problems. The room is well prepared. I like it very much. The decorative paintings on the wall must have artistic taste. It's super good. I will come again next time.

Great stay! I loved the extra little details like bathroom essentials! The place is pretty comfortable. I would say if you have small children I probably wouldn’t recommend it because there is a downstairs and upstairs, so you have to be on guard constantly, unless you’re bringing two safety gates with you!

This home was very clean and has a nice three story layout. Little communication was needed, but responses were fast. Toys for the kiddos was a nice touch.
