Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the option of a King Size bed or 2 x Single beds and large wardrobe, a single bedroom with 1 x single bed, clothes storage and an office desk, and a family bathroom with rain shower. There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the downstairs sofa bed. PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!
