Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Great location and views. We enjoyed our stay in the modern apartment. Only letdown was the freezer did not work but hopefully that is fixed now. Host was responsive and helpful.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! This apartment was well-located for Monash's Clayton Campus. It is linked to a mall, luxe, and has everything one needs in terms of the amenities. There was a carpark and use of the swimming pool. Most of all, Kim truly deserves her superhost status. She provided clear instructions, well in advance, and a very responsive host. She was thoughtful and even provided drinks in the fridge for us. She warm, friendly, and caring and afforded us lots of other help. We are so grateful for a wonderful stay at Kim's M-city home.

Clean and new place and very secure

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

We booked this stunning Airbnb in Sassafras, VIC for our parents and it turned out to be one of the best stays they’ve ever experienced. The property had breathtaking forest views, and every detail was luxury—from the decor to the amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. My parents were warmly welcomed with a beautiful basket of continental breakfast filled with generous extras, along with snacks, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages that truly made them feel pampered. The space was spotless, serene, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. My mum was over the moon, and my dad kept saying how impressed he was with everything. The care and attention the hosts gave was unmatched. They’ve already decided to return again soon. We’re really grateful to the hosts for making their stay so special.

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

From the moment we arrived, Nicola was an absolute gem of a host! As newcomers to Australia, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. Nicola’s kindness and hospitality made us feel not just comfortable, but truly at home in a new country. What really touched us were the thoughtful touches — the handwritten notes and “Mike cards” (so cute!) added such a personal and heartfelt vibe to our stay. It’s rare to find a host who goes above and beyond like Nicola did — offering guidance, local tips, and genuine care throughout our visit. The space itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and incredibly cozy — a perfect blend of comfort and charm. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would — both for the lovely accommodation and for Nicola’s incredible gesture of kindness. This apartment was lovely and quiet and in a very nice apartment block. It was great being walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Michael was a great host and responded really quickly to any queries and requests I had and was very helpful.

Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though it’s expensive I highly recommend this place at least once you just can’t miss it!!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
