House holiday rentals in Glenelg

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

Great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location near the beach and restaurants. Easy check-in and excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay. Old, but clean and specious with everything you would want including home grown tomatoes and homemade fig jam. the gardens, unfortunately affected by the drought, are great. We would have loved to see them in their full glory. The owners were great also and promptly top us up with a couple of items we were running out of. We would certainly stay again.

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. A big thank you to our hosts ☺️

What a find! Superb accommodation in the Adelaide Hills. Large gardens (with own resident koala and kangaroos). Beautiful surroundings, very tranquil. Furnished to a high quality throughout. Amazing responsive and friendly hosts. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb twice now, and we already can’t wait to return again! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into this home. It’s truly immaculate, spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly welcoming. One of the standout features is the generous range of pantry and fridge supplies. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and this one does exactly that. Every little touch has been thoughtfully considered. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved it too, it’s not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodation that also maintains such a high standard, but this one ticks every box. We felt completely at ease and so comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you again for creating such a relaxing and impressive space. We will definitely be back!

What a lovely host! Winston went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable. We stayed 33 nights at the Sand and Serenity. The unit is a block from the Henley Beach access. Such a beautiful beach! A small grocery store is a 10 minute walk and we found almost all of our grocery needs at Drakes. The drive to Central Market in the city is a 25 minute drive and I know that sounds daunting but it’s a STRAIGHT line door to door. Easy peasy! The bed is comfortable with a nice thick mattress pad. We slept well. Many previous guests have mentioned the bathrooms are divine. It was nice to have a set of sharp knives in the unit. Such a luxury these days! The refrigerator is a perfect size for home cooks and the washer and dryer worked beautifully. Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend booking the Sand and Serenity. Winston’s hospitality is exceptional. Please note: The stove top has only two burners so home cooks will need to get creative when planning meals.

This little house is gorgeous! The bedrooms and bathrooms are stylish and super comfy, the highlight is the courtyard and rooftop garden though. It was the middle of winter and cold and wet for our trip, but we took a look and could totally imagine how amazing it would be in summer evenings. Highly recommend this place. It was perfect for us for a business trip.

A beautiful space. Super clean and cozy all around. The beds were comfy, and the bedding was soft and warm. The couches were large and a great area for relaxing, especially with the fireplace going. It felt really private and peaceful, which made the stay even better. The heated floors in the bathroom were such a nice touch. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the space.

I felt very welcome at Rachel's. Very responsive and thoughtful host The house was very comfortable and and had everything I needed for a home away from home. Even catered really comfortably for my dog. Walks to the parklands were a highlight each day. Neighbours were very friendly too.

Nick and Lauren’s home was beautiful. Perfect for our party of 7 and made us feel as though we all had our own space for the duration of the weekend. Very responsive, would stay here again. Thanks!

A stunning McLaren Vale retreat with everything we needed We had a magical weekend at Miravino! The house is beautifully styled, spotless, and perfectly positioned right across from Coriole Vineyards. We loved waking up to sweeping vineyard views and soaking in the spa under the stars. The space was super comfortable for our family, we felt instantly at home. The location is unbeatable—peaceful and private, yet just minutes to cellar doors, the Shiraz Trail (perfect for a morning run!), and great local eateries. Communication with the host was seamless, and every detail was taken care of. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at 20 High Street, Glenelg. The house was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and cafes. Lynette was a fantastic host. Her communication was clear, friendly, and timely from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. She made everything easy and stress-free. Lovely family home in leafy surroundings and plenty of shops/eateries nearby. Comfy beds and nice backyard

I found Little Forest Retreat to be a wonderful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is designed beautifully, every convenience is catered for. The bed is comfortable with beautiful linen. It has a great courtyard that catches the sun around mid morning at the moment & is very Private. I loved being able to walk to Mitcham Shopping centre, such a great centre with a movie theatre, only a 5 min walk, also the Train is only a block away. There was nothing I would wish to change or add, all needs are catered for. The hosts Mandy & Rachel answered any queries quickly, they were delightful, respectful and helpful. I will be back to stay. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is super clean, very well equipped, and perfect for families with kids. There are heaps of toys and board games that kept the little ones entertained for hours. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The backyard is spacious, great for the kids to run around, and the fire pit area is a brilliant spot to relax in the evenings. We also loved sitting on the cosy sea-front terrace, watching the stunning sunset. Highly recommend — we’d definitely come back!

We had a very good time here, the house was clean, very spacious with a nice outside space. everything was there to start: even coffee pads, dishwashed soap, tissues, etc.. ( very complete). Mai was very responsive and helped us quickly with our questions. We certainly come back when we need accommodation in the neighbourhood of Adelaide.

I hesitate to do this review because I want this gorgeous small home to be available every time I am in Adelaide! We stay in many AirB's and this has become an absolute favourite. Elle was fantastic to deal with and kind enough to allow us to arrive early after a hospital stay. Having the beach so close and a short 15 minute walk to the closest cafes added to the appeal. We will definitely be back!

Had such a great stay here, the house was amazing! great amenities such as a air fryer, large fridge coffee machine with supplied coffee pods, everything was super comfortable and clean will definitely stay here again!
