Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Glenelg East

The house was incredible - exactly as described. 360 views of vineyards, a beautiful yard with fenced pool that was perfect for our young boys to run around and ride bikes, and very comfortable beds. We did a big cook up one night and the kitchen was well equipped. A large indoor dining table and outdoor dining table, and a large family area with big screen tv and lovely warming fireplace. Aircon throughout. On a cold May night it was very cozy! I would highly recommend this property, we were 7 adults and 2 kids and slept here very comfortably.

Stayed at Little Forest Retreat while in Adelaide for business. Throughout the entire 4 weeks the property felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked. The house felt quite spacious and large for one person with its high ceilings, natural light, elegant decor. I enjoyed opening the folding glass doors and screen to let the breeze in. There is intentionally good design for privacy between the house and the main property next door with the location of fencing and the walkway from the car park. The hosts were responsive right away with a shower issue and had no other needs throughout my 4 weeks. Would highly recommend to any solo traveler or couple!

For a much needed relaxing time-out, this place was a perfect private getaway. I luv the outside space with a outdoor living area, an a beautiful garden which had many birds dropping in, as well as a naughty possum at dusk.

Had a wonderful family weekend away. Unfortunately the weather was not great, but this house was perfect for staying indoors. Lots of space and an amazing living area with a fire place. Perfect spot to spend a cold, wintery day.

Very nice accommodation with plenty of room for everyone. We stayed in a group of six people and everyone enjoyed their time at Gorgeous Grange. The large heater in the living area was superb, kept us nice and warm. Comfortable beds with all linen and towels supplied, lovely outdoor area with plenty of seating. Lovely and clean house. The kitchen out the back was magnificent with everything you would need. Would highly recommend.

The airbnb was just what we needed. Mary was an amazing host, being proactive with communication and helping us with any issues/suggestions. The location is next to the beach and jetty, walkable to cafes and restaurants. The enclosed backyard was great for our dog too.

Ann Marie was extremely accommodating even extending our check out time without even requesting it. The place was just as the pictures showed and checking in was extremely easy. Much recommended for others to stay here

A perfectly located apartment to explore Hahndorf and surrounds. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, spacious and homely. Nelia was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. I would heartily recommend this property if you’re planning to stay in Hahndorf. Quiet, well placed and still only a short drive to Adelaide (less than 30 mins).

Wonderful location, short walk down a beautiful street to bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Quiet location set back from the main road and comfy furnishings.

We had a great stay at the apartment, it was stylish yet cosy, and walking distance from all the amenities we needed on a family holiday! The place is a stone’s throw from Henley Beach, and we really enjoyed the lovely sunrise and sunsets from the balcony and dining area. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host Lucy, the pantry and breakfast supplies were especially helpful as we got in late in the evening on the first day. The apartment is also equipped with a baby cot and high chair, and kid friendly utensils which made our mealtimes so much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back very soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! It had all the space we needed and it was clean and private. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and the welcome platter was so lovely and much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Ange!

The Retreat was everything as described and more. The bed and couch were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the villa was elegant and modern and the surroundings were so serene. It was the perfect little hideaway in the Adelaide hills for our Easter long weekend escape. The heated pool was used a lot, the windy roads around The Retreat were magnificent to drive on and it was easy to get in and out of the villa. Bridget responded quickly when I had questions and I felt very at home during my stay. It was especially nice to have the fireplace going on our coldest night. Overall, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone who needs a restful holiday.

This house is amazing!! Beautiful views straight onto the ocean and lots of space in a great house. A short walk down the esplanade to the main part of Glenelg, a perfect location. Chris was a great host who was very accessible when required. Will definitely be back!!

The house was beautiful and in a relatively quiet area. Host was very quick to respond whenever we had a question and very quick and proactive to resolve a door handle that came loose. Will definitely consider staying again and recommending it to others.

OMG!! Do not bring a thing...literally. Gracious host Damir had everything prepared for us and plenty of beautiful breakfast provisions. And to top it off, we are just 2 minutes walk from the main street. What a great stay!

Gorgeous, private and very well-appointed home with quality decor and furnishings in a beautiful location. Well-kept gardens all around, with views from the front verandah (a special place to relax with a drink and watch the birds), and even views through the bathroom window across the valley. Lying down on the front lawn watching the sky, right next to the vines was quite special. Everything you need is here including continental breakfast provisions. The beds were also super comfortable. A large, covered garage provides protection for your car, and in cooler months, lots of wood for the combustion fire in the lounge is ready to use. The outdoor eating area was really appreciated, also with great views. A place you won't want to leave.

We loved our stay at Enzo’s. Lovely friendly family home with Enzo and family very close by. The surroundings are beautiful and close to nature with Kangaroos and Koalas nearby. The house is big and spacious and warm. Enzo generously shares fruit from the orchard and the pantry and fridge were full of goodies for us when we arrived. We stayed for 5 months and it was ideal for our family and 2 boys who played happily outside and made best of friends with Larry the neighbouring Labrador. We would recommend this stay to anyone coming to Adelaide.
