This centrally located bachelor flat is perfect for the city explorer or out of town business person. Nestled in a peaceful leafy neighbourhood with the beach 10 minutes away and nightlife just around the corner. The unit has its own entrance and secure parking. Also this unit is on the solar system so no load shedding issues! Please note the unit is on a shared property and their is a dog. Not suitable for parties or noisy get togethers. Guests who disrespect this will be asked to leave.

A loft looking over one of Manor Gardens' valleys. The view creates a sense of elevation with breathtaking scenery. You can fully open the upper windows for a sweeping breeze. View the rich bird life as they chirp on the nearby trees. The loft is open plan with honest, thoughtful and raw finishes. It is not fancy but rather tastefully & uniquely built. It is an experiment of materials, comfort & details. The kitchenette is fully equipped & shower concealed by a cute barn door.

Jungle Oasis

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

Tree Fern Cottage

Our home is situated in a peaceful yet central part of Durban, in Glenwood near the university and hospitals, hence a suitable location for medical interns. Grocery stores, coffee shops, art galleries, and parks are also nearby. The free-standing cottage is self-catering with access to the washing machine making it popular with longer stay guests. Most of our guests get around by Uber but if bringing a car, please let us know beforehand to confirm parking availability.

Heffalump House

Heffalump Hut is small, size 17m2, with a compact full kitchen and shower area. HH is close to one of the last remain forests (Pigeon Valley Nature Reserve), that was a home to Elephants. The mosiac was made from used tiles and cereamics in keeping with a sustainable world. HH is private from the main house. HH ispart of an indigenous garden and food for monkeys and locals. It is central, one of the few places with aircon and pet friendly.

The Cottage (Glenwood)

Private and secure free-standing cottage on the property of a family home. Off-street parking is available. Walking distance to Glenwood Bakery and Poke Box. Conveniently located near the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine, King Edward VIII Hospital, and UKZN. For longer stays, the apartment is serviced weekly, with washing and ironing available on request. Popular with visiting medical students from around the world.

Garden Cottage in Glenwood

Our garden cottage is situated above our home and has a separate entrance with a carport. It is a perfect place to relax with harbour and city views. The cottage is situated close to UKZN (1.4km), DUT (3km), St Augustine’s Hospital (900m), LifeHealth Entabeni Hospital (1km) and King Edward VIII Hospital (3.8 km). Popular restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios and the artisanal Glenwood Bakery are nearby.

Kemp’s Corner - with Power Supply

Come and stay at our warm and welcoming Kemp’s Corner. This is a private 1 bed studio self-catering flatlet with a UPS for loadshedding/electricity outages, there is also the availability of a second private bedroom if needed (Additional costs apply). There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.
