Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Mitt i det vackra Österlen ligger detta boende i gamla småskolan i Vallby. Tio min bilväg till Skillinge(sandstränder söder om Skillinge)och lika nära till Simrishamn. Lägenheten är i två plan. Bottenvåning: Ett rum med kök och matplats. Ett sovrum med 180 cm dubbelsäng. Badrum. Övre plan öppet i nock rymmer två 90-sängar och en soffgrupp. Ytterligare en lägenhet hyrs ut i småskolan. Finns dock gott om sittgrupper i den 800 kvm stora trädgården. Parkering på tomten. Hyrs ut veckovis sönd-sönd.

Open plan cottage 70 m², just 100 m from the beach

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Glamping in East Hoby

What's a circus wagon without a circus tent or two? With us at Holländaren & Circus Troll we have three homes, one circus wagon and two glamping tents. We are located in the small village of Östra Hoby in Österlen. The tents are furnished with a comfortable double bed, extra mattress can be booked to. Wood-fired sauna and garden are shared with other guests. Kitchen, WC and shower are located in common space in the part of the mill. Enjoy the simple life!
