Sandane has a lot to offer: Trivselsskogen is a unique hiking area that you just have to catch up with! In Trivselshagen you will find swimming facilities, sports hall, cultural center and cinema. Sandane has 9-hole golf course and we have amazing hiking areas if you like mountain hikes.

Knausen is our holiday retreat which we want to share with you. We can offer two cabins with a total of 9 beds. In cabin 1 you and your family can enjoy your meals at a large table, a well equipped kitchen, a livingroom with a fireplace and one bedroom. In cabin 2 you find a bathroom with wc and shower, a small kitchen and two bedrooms and an attic bedroom. Fantastic panoramaview overlooking the Gloppefjord, only 150 meters distance to the fjord. Several bicycles and seakayaks for free.

Høyseth is a hidden gem located in the far end of Stardalen valley at the gateway to Jostadal glacier national park. Rent one of our simple and charming cabins that sleep 2-6 persons, put up your tent or park your caravan in the heart of West-Norwegian nature. The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring. It is about 3 km to a small supermarket - Coop Fjelli. 25 min to Nordfjordeid and Stryn. 1.5 hours to fine Refviksanden. Good hiking opportunities to the mountains or to the fjord. We live approx. 400 meters from the cabin and can be there on short notice.
